Called in for an issue with my oven. Communication with the technician was outstanding. I am a busy mom so this was very helpful. He was able to fix the problem. My oven is like new again and the price was very fair. Will definitely use them again as customer service this good is hard to find.

Jonathan was very prompt, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for my oven. He scheduled a time to install the new part. When the part came it, it was broken. He called me and said what happened, reordered the part and scheduled repair appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to power outage at our house. Jonathan rescheduled and came at the time scheduled, installed the new part. Great service and now that my oven is fixed, I may have to cook. 😂

In this day and age of people doing more with less, we all have experienced a lack of quality in service and often times in those providing the service. However, nothing could be further from the truth with the experience I had with my very first call to All Pro Appliance Repair. Jim returned my call within minutes, set the appointment for 2 hours later and told me Johnny would be calling me just prior to his arrival. Sure enough, Johnny notified me he was on his way, which was 1 hour and 30 minutes after making the appointment. Johnny was not just efficient in his work. He was extremely nice, polite, respectful and so helpful. In his conversation with me he spoke highly of his boss and the company he worked for. He said it was one of the best decisions he made for himself and that was 7-years ago. It just doesnt get any better than that, especially now when resources are so short for all businesses and employers. Will do all I can to recommend this company with full confidence they wont disappoint!

I submitted a request on this companys website for the repair of a washing machine. Since it was the afternoon before Thanksgiving, I thought someone would get back to me that afternoon to let me know when they could come. Didnt hear anything that day. I assumed someone would call me Friday after the holiday. After hearing nothing before noon, I called the Edmond phone number for the company. A recorded message played that stated the name of the business, said they were closed today and to have a blessed day. Nothing in that message said anything about being closed for the holiday, nothing about when to call back, just nothing. It was a poor message for a service company as it relayed no information as to when or if anyone would get back in touch after a holiday. In the end, I never heard anything from anyone at this company after submitting a request on the company website. If the company was closed for the entire week then it would have bern appropriate to let that fact be known. Not sure I would want to work with this company if this is how they operate.

The first thing I noticed is the owner actually answers the phone. I set up an appointment and Johnny came to my house on time and professionaly dressed. He was able to fix my washer quickly and the price was cheaper than I expected.

First the positives; All Pro was courteous on the phone, professional, and service was prompt. I was getting an F4 error message on my GE oven, a quick google search told me it was probably a temperature sensor. The technician that came out was well dressed, neatly groomed, a consummate professional, and very friendly. He didnt have the part on his truck and said he would have to return tomorrow with the part; no biggie. He returned the next day on time, in fact a few minutes early and installed the part in short order. The oven returned to proper working order and the technician cleaned up and was out in a jiffy with a smile and a thank you very much.My only negative: it was a very expensive repair. $185 with almost an hour of his time. I asked about the billing and he said that there is a minimum $100 trip charge (okay but a little steep). Next he said that the part itself was $85. A quick google search shows me the exact part could be found at War-Mart for $13, and cheaper at other sources. I know that it is common practice to mark up parts in the service industry, but 650%? Im sorry but that seems egregious in my opinion.Overall I would recommend them as the service and professionalism was top notch. However, be prepared to pay a premium.

Ask for Johnny. He was very upfront with me about my refrigerator repair costs and when I turned out to have a plumbing issue that had to be fixed first, didnt charge me a service call fee for the follow-up appointment. Very professional and generally a nice guy. Highly recommend.

I have no complaints about their professionalism they were very nice and on time and did a good job. The price was excessive they charged $480 to replace a control board of oven. I got online and found that i could buy the control board for anywhere from $250 to $350 so lets say that it cost them to $300. They came out and diagnosed it he was here about 10 minutes ordered the part came back four days later installed it in 20 minutes so that is at total of 30 minutes for $180. I think that is a little steep! Even if you say including driving 1 hour to come out the first time and one hour to come back out the second time and fix it that is $90 an hour! Then when i got the invoice they did not break it down so i have no idea how much the part cost or what they charge per hour. All the invoice said was Replaced control board $480.00 Which was about a quarter of the cost for the oven in the first place. I know they have to make money but I feel that is over priced for what they did.

All Pro came out to service my ice maker today. Unfortunately, the repairs would have been as much as buying a new cheaper model. What I liked about the experience, was the knowledge the service guy had. We are going to buy another ice maker based on his info. I would recommend All Pro!

My washer is performing like new.The service call fee was waived since I chose to repair after the assessment and the labor fee was $98. (Waaay better than Sears). The total cost was explained prior to the repair and there were no surprises. The repair came with a 90 day part warranty and 30 day labor warranty.I will definitely use All Pro again if I have issues with any other appliances.

My new go-to guys! Called in the AM and had a tech out that afternoon. Our front load Washer wouldnt drain, the tech Jim vacuumed the water out of it and found one of our kids socks stuck in the pump. He pulled the sock out and took apart the motor to make sure it wasnt damaged. Thank goodness it wasnt! He put it back together and test ran it. He said it was good to go. Either the laundry gods were smiling on us that day or we just found our new appliance guy! I wish I could give 10 stars. After having problems with another repair company I called All Pro. Jim came out and repaired my Whirlpool dryer correctly. He worked quickly, efficiently and charged me less than the competitor. This is definitely the first number I will call in the future.

First, I want to say that this problem with my Kenmore Dryer was one of those that will make a Tech Rep lose his hair. I have work in electronics/computers for 58 years and this was one of those problems. But being an intermittent problem, Allen finally found the cause after 3 calls. It was a little heat sensing resistor. I want to thank All Pro for only charging me for the first day they worked on this problem. I also want to give good old Navy Kudo to Allen, and All Pro Appliance.

I have never written a review on anything but wanted to give these guys some positive feedback. I believe the technician that came to fix our dryer was named Jacob (JRG is his signature) and he was fast, informative, and even gave me a tip on draining my washer plug with all the construction going on and possible debris that could be built up in it. I will call them again next time something goes wrong with my washer or dryer.
