Clean store, most the staff are friendly, and their exchange and returns department is extremely fast and helpful. Only negative is I have yet to see a wheelchair available or in use at this location. They do have a family restroom near the pharmacy which is extremely helpful and convenient for those that are handicapped.

Target has a perfected Pick Up System. Works great as a contact free option or as a convenience service when you are in a hurry. No minimum has been awesome! They care about their customer safety and recognize we dont always need a cartful every visit.

Visited this place along with my family on 8Feb2020. We have bought kids toys, kids underwear’s, gold glitter glue. This Place is comparatively small w.r.to other Target stores.But I can found all items I need here. Door hanging hangers are costly (12$) compare to Item I have at Home Depot( Steel door hanging hanger- 9$). My kid enjoyed playing with items I have purchased for her. Staff is good and customer friendly. I don’t have any complaints.

I think the nicest of the Target stores around Edmond. Well stocked and easy to find things. The parking lot is a little weird if you are coming in from Bryant.Money saving tip. Bring your own bags and get $.05 off for each bag.

I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love target BUT Edmond target has got to be the worst target I’ve EVER been to!!! I live roughly 45 minutes from the place so before making the trip, I like to call ahead of time to make sure they have it before driving that way. I can NOT get ANYONE to answer the phone!! I’ve been on the phone for an hour straight for atleast 3-4 days trying to call and not a single person will answer the phone. I finally went up there and the lady said “we don’t answer the phones anymore” EXCUSE ME? Isn’t that what they are for???? Not to mention, the product I need I’ve been trying to receive for well over a month only comes in on mondays but every Monday I’ve been they tell me to call before coming in. How come am I supposed to call before coming in if they don’t answer the phone?? This is not my first mishap with them. DO BETTER EDMOND EMPLOYEES!!!

I am still in the parking lot as I write this review. The lines were not too long, but still long. Besides from self checkout, there are 3 lanes officially open and one unofficially, that would be lane 12. As I was waiting in line, he was checking someone out, indication light off. As the lines build up, he picks and chooses who he checks out. He did not choose the next person in line (me), he chose around me. What a coincidence that I was the only person of color. Target could really use more training. I’m highly disappointed and do take this as racial discrimination.

I love target! I love that the prices are fair, the food and deli selections are amazing. The fresh salads and sandwiches! I like the diversity of the store and how you can find so many cool and pretty things!

Poor customer service. I usually go to the self checkout but there was a big line so I went to a cashier. He was very rude. Didn’t greet me or asked about my day. The customer in front of me he was all cheerful striking up a conversation with her but to me, he was just very cold. Last time I will ever shop at that location

Very quick pickup. Target employee practiced Covid precautions. I was very happy with the app that let me tell Target I was on my way and then let them know I was at the store. The process is very streamlined and worked well. I will be using this service again.

From the time to order, setup my account, including the mobile app, and following the steps to actually picking up the item, everything was smooth as it can be!

When I walked in, I realized I didn’t know the store layout. I asked the first associate I saw and she quickly gave me correct directions to the active department area. I grabbed what I needed (also looking at other stuff because who doesn’t while in Target LOL). When I was done I saw a checker standing in front of her lane so she didn’t have a line and I went there. She was very friendly and effective.

A little baffled at the costumer service tonight. Went to go grab a video game for my boyfriend and no one could be found in the electron department so we had to ask someone from up front for help as the girl came back she help another person (totally fair she was there first) but it was taking longer than expected so we walked over to ask again just in case and was hit back with attitude and a bit of snarky ness. We walked off and waited for her she eventually came and was extremely rude and told us we had to check out now and treated us like we were bothering her. Not what i expected at target. Shame

Dont buy fruit from Target... Purchased one day ago. New strawberries grapes blueberries have mold on them as soon as they are set out. They always have 5 types of chicken salad but never the 1 tuna salad and cookies are stale this produce department is shamefull. Good way to get the public sick!Yet another example Target is not a place that should sell fruit. Slimy water logged smooshy strawberries. Shameful they keep doing this at their price point!!

I got a lot of deals when picking up the item on the same day with online ordering. The Drive Up service is fast and convenient. There is no min. order limit so I can easily make a new order.

Customer service was terrible. I tried to call to speak with a manager about it and no one answered. Cashier didnt understand how to use my registry completion discount and wouldnt match online pricing. Then I had to ask for my gift card back from him when he proceeded to move on to the next customer. It still had $35.42 on it. He didnt understand how to mark the items as purchased on my registry and asked me what he was supposed to do. Ive never registered with target before because this is my first child but I wont be recommending to other moms due to this situation.

I just spent time looking for products that I couldnt find so then I tried to find someone to help me and it took over half an hour to find someone to help me. Then when I asked where to find an item they told me that if I didnt see it then they didnt have it . They were also not stocked and out of half the stuff I was looking for.

I originally left the store at 9:24 p.m. after purchasing a few items and using the self-checkout. Long story short I tried calling several times but no answer so I finally decided to drive to the store only to make it by 11: 01p.m. which was already closed. The people repairing the floors called an associate to the front to assist me whom called Alex who was more than happy to help me. She retrieved my items, bagged them and walked me all the way outside. Shes the best!!!!!!!!!

Ordered on-line for pickup. Wonderful service. Employees were cleaning carts at the door and cleaning carpet. Everyone was masked.

Quality for price can’t be beat. Accessible, clean, friendly, good variety and it has a Starbucks and CVS.

It was so easy to find what I needed, pay online, and the counter worker found my package quick & easy.

When I got home, I decided to cook the California Kitchen BBQ Chicken Pizza only to find out that it was not frozen at all. I could bend the entire pizza over itself, and it was squishy like fresh bread. Upon inspecting the other freezer items, the Eggo Wafflers were also completely thawed and as fluffy as warm pancakes. This has to be on Targets end because the Eggo French Toaster Sticks were frozen and hard like they should be.

I love this target bathrooms always very clean the whole store is so well kept. Since they remodeled it’s even better. They have everything and I have found I often find better deals their than at Walmart. I have been shopping at this target for about 10 years now and they have never not once given me a reason that made me not want to go back. Good management.

Nice products at decent prices. I wish they had a little more variety in their houseware department. It seems like they had more before the remodel. The clothing has gotten a bit weird but they still carry the classic staples. Returns are not a problem, store credit is offered if you don’t have a receipt and that is acceptable to me.

Awesome! Was in a rush and needed to stop in super quickly, but I wasnt sure if they would have in store what they said they did online. But I found everything exactly what I was looking for, I was provided a coupon code, and I was in and out with my items in 10 minutes!

We were shopping for a new TV - had a size and brand in mind before going there. The sales assistant in the electronics department was very knowledgeable about their products and gave good info to help make our decision. With the Target app, there was an additional 10% off the already greatly-reduced price. From start to finish - the shopping experience took about 15 minutes with two store employees transporting the TV to the front of the store and loading it. GREAT shopping experience!!

The cleanest most open target around with the best selection! I can definitely tell they are trying to transition into more a department store, especially in the clothing and home department. The grocery is amazing and fresh, and beauty department has so many brands and products that you cant find anywhere else!

I love this location! The remodel looks amazing and I love the modern look to it! The only bad thing is that it feels a little tight to me. I went shopping last night in the toy area for my second cousins and it felt a little tight In that area to me. But overall, I am coming back to this location soon.

This store has a very good friendly staff, especially guest desk, I left 2 items at the self check out and I called to find out if someone has turned them in, they were very kind and replaced my items without any fuzz. Also, I do like how they are trained to treat customers with respect. I love shopping in this store and keep up the superior customer service you provide to all your customers. Whoever training these and hiring talent deserve a raise as well :) I see a clear difference between Walmart self checkout area where customers are looked at like everyone is stealing vs Target self check out associates are treating customers with friendly service.

Customer service was fantastic, we got there and were seated in a nice classy booth within five minutes! The wait was almost nothing compared to other restaurants. The food was very pleasant, I ordered the most expensive item on the menu and I could definitely see why it was the most expensive item. Good quality and clean restrooms and good lobby/ waiting area, best salmon fillet you money can get, cannot give this place a good enough review! I love Target! Its a good choice for name brands at lower prices. It was hard to find sizes for my husband. The store seemed understocked. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Got in and out fast. Found what I wanted, cranberry muffins, salads & fried chicken in the deli are the greatest! Gotta try sushi rolls. Oh! The lady at electronics got me set up on a Galaxy j3 phone & she is the nicest and the most patient person to help get me started!

This is a typical target. They are fairly well equipped. I like that they have good cashiers. They make small talk while you get your merchandise rung up. But target off late has been changing. I liked it when it was off beat. It has started to become more like Walmart now.There are some good deals here. Just make sure you look online before you buy anything.

Rude staff, ask the cashier for some quarters with change of purchase was told they have to get change from guest services, okay that’s fine so supervisor comes by (her name was Maria I think Mexican lady short). She said we can’t give you quarters, I said I just asked for extra quarters with the change I have. So she sits there and says your out luck we can’t give you extra quarters and walks away. SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HOPE YOU READ THIS AS WELL AS YOUR MANAGER AND GET FIRED!

Denied my wife (who had a mask on) entry to the store to shop, because our 1 1/2 year old didn’t have a mask on. Absolutely ridiculous. At age 1 1/2 a mask is literally dangerous because it could suffocate them.

I had a very bad experience on a large purchase at this store a few months ago. After I filled out the survey a store manager called me and corrected the situation. I was very impressed with this. This shopping trip, the service was extraordinary!

Found a specific shirt I was looking at online! Love the little notice that says the item is available in store. Was convenient for me to pick up and easily found in store. No digging required.

I practically live at Target, and I love it. Using the Cartwheel and Red Card saves me money on things I would buy anyway. Clean store with wide aisles, helpful employees and Starbucks!!

I ordered three items in one transaction online. The person at the pickup counter returned with only 2 items. If I had not checked then, I would have had to return for the third item!Additionally, my order total was $54.91 online and then a $10.00 target gift card was applied, for a final total of $44.91, however, the email I received showed I would be charged $54.91! Waiting on the Target statement!Then I received anther email saying my total would be $34.91!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very confusing!

Target is my familys favorite place to shop. It isnt always the cheapest, but it feels more like a traditional store than a warehouse. It is a card shop, electronics store, clothing store, grocery store and coffee shop rolled into one but retaining a comfortable and relaxing small-store vibe.

Discriminating by only letting certain people in the first hour. I needed to get some stuff before work, i got there when they opened at 8am. They had 2 employees guarding the door that wouldnt let me and some other customers in. The two minutes i was there they lost 4 sales. I wont be coming back.

Who doesnt love browsing Target? I have never had an issue with the staff or what I purchased there. I really love their sales (doesnt everyone?) Pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely shop here again. Im just never wowed by them like I am locally owned shops. Nothing at all against the store, but they are only allowed to get so creative and so personal.

I went to this target about a day ago this target is horrible do not go to this target Guest services is mean janelle works there so mean ask here to put money on one of the gift cards that I had and that had money on it she did after that I went to shop in the clothing area and the I got to a pair of clothes and then I went To self check out and one of the items did not scan then I went back to guest services to tell them check me out here while my sister was checking out they checked me out then I get my card that I had money on before the I swiped it then is that there only $8 when there is supposed to have around $15 then I had to get cash they did not say sorry after my sister comes and says the machine gave her 10 7 dollar bills she ask five times to give her bigger bill she did but in a very mean way after I left called the manger her name is Melanie or melod very very mean she says she was informed what happened she says give me the receipt number I gave it to here she says I will call you back in two minutes she did not I had to call her back after 20 minutes of waiting said my phone number was not working and it was she says give me the second receipt number I did she said I’ll call you back in 10 minutes she did not I had to call her again after 30 minutes waiting on the second receipt she says I just wasted 1 hour and 30 minuets of her time she actually wasted my time then she hang up on that was very mean they need more training I lost money too do not go here their are target in other places in Oklahoma that are much better
