This place is AMAZING. I cannot thank them enough for cleaning out my disgusting minivan after a cross country road trip with 3 kids, 2 big dogs and 2 adults completely trashed it. They were so kind even though I’m a slob - and thorough. It’s like a new van. 10/10!

I arrived and was greeted by ST as soon as I walked in the door. He was the only one working when I showed up Saturday morning, but he still got my truck done on time which I appreciated. When he walked me around my truck after he was done detailing it, he saw some grass that had blown in while I was looking at his work, and he pulled the vacuum over and made sure it was 100% perfect, it was my fault the grass blew in, but he still took care of it. I would recommend Menzel to anyone who wants to get what they paid for out of a detail. I will be back to get the exterior done for sure!

• I asked about pricing for my 2016 chevy silverado and three weeks later made an appointment even thougg was told they had a price increase and special was no longer available- when in office heard front desk discusing and on line review that was negative - this shoulf have been my clue to walk away! I decided to still try and after leaving my truck with them for five hours they call back to tell me it has a sulphur smell and cant work on it. Even though i have had it for 2 years and never smellwd that. when i picked it up they tried to charge me for vacuum and wash $95 eveb clearly hadnt been touched outside - the inside had been vacuume aome and started being wet vaccdd - there was a layer of dirt/mud ovwr the entire dash - end of story it was dirtier then when i left. i left them a review on Facebook and they made comments will call to make right and two days latwr no calls. i shoukd have heeded the warnings before hand and wouldnt recommend taking your auto here for detailing

I cannot recommend Menzel Detailing enough. My truck should have given them quite the challenge, but it didn’t. Without going in detail (pun intended), not only did they fix all my main concerns, the customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I will be using them for all my auto wash/detail needs for years to come.

Fantastic service! Absolutely outstanding job detailing the interior of my truck. Not only did they provide me a ride home since I did not have anyone to pick me up, but they finished my truck by the end of the day! The interior was an absolute disaster before they took over, but they did an amazing job of working some magic to make it look new again. Professional. Friendly. I took my Harley bagger in for detailing and they knocked it out if the park! If you’ve ever cleaned and detailed a motorcycle, you know how difficult reaching everything is. It is spotless, beaming, and so clean it looks as good as when I drove it off the showroom floor! Great job. I’ll be back again.

I purchased a full service detail on an older sedan that was extremely dirty. Kids, you know! Well the car is absolutely pristine now, inside, outside, trunk, engine compartment... its perfect. I was surprised at the amount of extra effort and fine detail they put into the work. The job was also very affordable. The shop is managed directly by the owner. Its not a chain. This really shows in their shop process and pride of ownership. So as long as these folks are in business, they have my patronage. Id give them half a star extra if it were possible. I couldnt be more pleased.

So we had some issues with the detailing on one of our cars. The staff took ownership of it and passed it on to the managers through the receptionists. Unfortunately, the message didnt get through to them until I wrote a negative review weeks later. Immediately, however, the owner reached out to me as did the manager and offered to do anything it would take to make it right.The measure of a business is how they treat you when a mistake is made. Mistakes happen. They didnt blame me. they didnt try to make it my issue - they took ownership. For that very reason, Id recommend Menzel. Based on my experience I will be taking both of our cars there again.

This place was great. Did not expect places like this existed any more. Simple product, simple choices, fantastic results all for a good price in a good time frame. They informed me of what I needed and in know way try to sell me something I did not need and had it completed earlier than originally expected.

Great place to get your vehicle detailed. Although I had to go back to have some areas of the interior of my pickup wiped to remove cleaning solution residue, they took care of it quickly.

If she only knew the old owner of Auto Buff and how much of a dirt bag SNAKE that guy was, she might be a little more understanding of the situation. You think if you had a gift card to a restaurant that went out of business the next restaurant going in that building would honor that gift card for you?? No.Menzel Detailing details my car and 3 other people in my family, they are some of the most upfront and honest and hard working people there. I stopped giving my business to Auto Buff as the old owner was rude, stole from people, lied, and had employed people who arent legal citizens.When I heard it was going under new ownership we tried it out, and we were blown away by the customer service, the kindness, the attention to detail. They will have our business forever.I sure hope the old owner of Auto Buff isnt out opening a new business as Im sure that wont last long.

The BEST auto detailing in town! We are thoroughly pleased with the work Auto Buff performed on our truck. The owner is very friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcome. Recently had my wife’s car fully detailed. They did an awesome job. But what’s more impressive is how they handled what could have been a bad situation. One of their employees accidentally chipped the paint while cleaning the car. (I own a service business and I know accidents happen) with no hesitation they had the whole section of the car repaired and repainted. Shows high integrity in my book. Thanks auto buff!

VERY SATISFIED. I brought in my disgusting work vehicle, which was nearly ruined inside by an irresponsible employee no longer with us, and was pretty much banking on a miracle of modern cleaning science to remove the layer upon layers of filth and grime embedded into the dash, console, and upholstery. When the tech opened the door to take a look and proclaimed oh my God, oh my God, I then just assumed that the miracle I needed was and impossibility and the next logical step was to apply a blowtorch to the vehicle and account for my losses.Well, they accomplished the impossible! The interior was completely cleaned up from the seams in the dash to the insides of the vents. The upholstery was back to its original condition and funk-free, and the floors - which I wasnt expecting them to apply too much time and effort on cleaning since it is a work vehicle and the floor is punished by work boots and mud - were so spotless and pristine that Im now regretting the next muddy day thats sure to destroy their immaculate work.We HIGHLY recommend these guys. Theyre affordable, theyre professional, and theyre very good at what they do. And theyre local! Give them your business, rather than a chain like Fast Lanes, and you wont regret the quality you receive for the price. Thank you Auto Buff.

I recently had my wifes car detailed and was very satisfied. The owner personally saw to it that every question I had was answered before I left my vehicle with them and when I picked it up it was as like new. I knew they took the time do go over every inch and make sure I got my moneys worth because the dirt that collects under the rubber door seal had been cleaned and removed. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Its getting harder and harder to find companies that offer hand car washes, but Auto Buff does. They did an excellent job washing my car. While waiting, I also watched them working on a few other vehicles and was impressed with their attention to detail.

My experience didnt go pass the phone call. The gentleman I spoke to was very forceful, boarder line rude. He seemed to not care about my questions just a sale, actually it was almost difficult to get a word in pass him trying to book me in (very off putting). Ultimately I found out they cant clean the bottom of cars because they cant lift them... Which seemed odd. I hope they see this so their business can improve on customer service.

They had my car for an entire Saturday (my fault for taking it on such a busy day) but it was BEAUTIFUL when I got it back.My only complaint is the seats werent COMPLETELY dry when I got it back because it didnt have enough time to air out.I only wish they werent so darn expensive, but it is well worth it for your car!

Wow. My kids had basically trashed the backseat of my car. There was grime ground into the leather seats. I thought it was permanent - after all, Ive had the car detailed at other places and it never went away. Or the other places would shampoo the carpets and somehow it would always smell like vomit afterward. Ew. But this was sooooooooo much better! The leather seats look like new! No grime! No crumbs! No dust! It smells CLEAN! I honestly havent seen the car look this good since I bought it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have used this place on multiple occasions over the past ten years and have been satisfied 100%. My most recent visit in April 2015 was no different. I had just bought a certified pre-owned vehicle that had swirl marks in the paint and hazing from the overuse of wax. As I drove up to pick it up I saw it from the street and was in awe of how good it looked. The complete detail was a complete knockout! They even removed the ugly dealer name from the back as well at my request. It appears they took the same amount of time and care on my family sports sedan as they did on the other high-end sports cars and SUVs that were sitting out waiting on their owners to pick them up. Each person who has helped me up here has always been very respectful to me and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend their services.

We were driving though Oklahoma and spilt a red drink on the floor the car. It was 4:30 and they said we could come by even though they were about to close. They stayed late treated and cleaned the carpet for us! We would highly recommend them to anybody in the area!!!

This issue was never taken care of after I spoke with the owner and manger/staff in person even though he said he would fix the problem. They haven’t returned any of my phone calls and he always seems to be out of office. As an active duty member I found it very disrespectful to say you support us and then turn around and do something like this. The reason the staff tried to get over on me was because their only following his lead.This post was a little over 6 months ago!!!I took my 2020 Lincoln Navigator to this so called detail shop on April 9 2021 for a wash and wax. $120 cargo mat was missing/misplaced/stolen and they haven’t been able to locate it. Fast forward to this week, still no rug and my wife noticed that the 3rd row seat flap/cover that makes the seat level once they’re put down was broken. She went to go load groceries, pushed the button to let the 3rd row down and the flap/cover broke off. Plastic pieces were missing and both springs were broken. There was one small plastic piece holding it together, never thought to check all the seats to make sure they worked correctly because it’s a brand new car. There was nothing broken or missing before I took it in. The man that pulled my car around front stated that “they had new personnel working there and they had problems with getting the seats down but figured it out”. Everything looked ok at first glance. So this is something that if I wish to replace or fix it will have to come out of my pocket. I would suggest to think twice if you wish to have your car detailed here but if you go don’t leave until you check everything.
