Amazing office!! Very friendly staff and Dr. Motes is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve never been disappointed with a pair of glasses I’ve purchased and their warranty is amazing!

A few years back my daughter went to see Dr Motes for a routine checkup and she caught a serious medical problem my daughter wasnt aware she had. Thanks to the doc she got in for an eye surgery and her vision was saved! The entire staff is always professional, approachable and attentive. Very thorough exam including more extensive optional tests to further identify any eye health issues. Good location just north of NW 150th St. on the East side of North May.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. The technology for eye exams is very impressive. The frames selection is great. I have recommended Dr. Motes to several people, who all see her now and are very happy. I highly recommend NW Vision Source for anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I previously wrote a poor review regarding their billing department but after further investigation Ive found that my insurance is at fault and are to blame for dragging out a easily fixed issue. Ive found that they have worked very hard and diligent to fix the issue and would recommend their services!

Dr. Motes has been our family eye doctor for years (including my family members). Yesterday I received a horrible experience and we will no longer, go to her again. My son is 6 years of age I bought top of the line glasses MiraFlex (very flexible glasses for little kids) included the non-scratch and all these other items for it, only to tell me that the one year warranty does not include this and that but would not let me see the warranty to see what was included. Saying it looks like a dog has been biting his glasses and just all this mess that was not true, A 6 year old boy does a lot so it is no excuse. This is his 3rd pair of glasses I have purchased from them and have gotten the same excuse on why they can not replace them.

Nothing at all special about Dr. Motes, I didnt find her to be anymore knowledgeable than any of the many other optometrists I have seen. Their prices are outrageous, I later found out from an optometrist friend in Tulsa that I way overpaid for lenses (that were not the upgrades). I spent almost $900 to get new lenses in an old pair and a new set of glasses WITH insurance. I only went there because of my insurance at the time. TODAY I called to request a short extension on my contact lense prescription which expired only a little over a month ago and they will not provide an ‘extension’ so that I can purchase another box until I am able to get in for another appointment. They refused stating I had to come in for a check up and that there was nothing they could do. This is simply not true. I have an 8 month old daughter and she has basically ruined my glasses, driving with them is horrible but I don’t have a choice because they would not make a simple concession which several other optometrists have done for me in the past. WHY WOULD I WANT TO RETURN?

Dr. Motes is an amazing Doctor! She saved my husbands life! She sent him for an MRI and they found brain cancer. Thanks Dr. Motes!

The contacts they say they would order for you are literally double the price for the exact same product (Air Optix Aqua Day & Night range from $40 Online -$55(at Walgreens) but at this place they charge you $80 per box.On being asked why it is expensive than anywhere else the answer was these are our charges. The fees are not structured and they were not able to explain what the final bill stated and why. Everything goes back this is what our charges are. The doctor just does the regular check up but the charges to follow are ridiculous. Since I used my insurance from last year I cant order my lenses from anywhere else since I would not be able to claim through it. The one extra star is for the Dr. Motes..no complaints their. Northwest Vision source-Not recommended.
