Very clean, fully stocked, NO issues with paying at the pump, must have been user error on the one star complaint. Everything here Im super impressed with, the bathrooms are super clean and do NOT smell like a horrible truck stop bathroom. Everything is clean and theres a dog park. Theres hand sanitations everywhere also.

I recently moved to the area and am happy to find a large station with plenty of food and drink options. HOWEVER, on one occasion, I went in and witnessed 3 different interactions that made me very happy. 1) Observed a female employee patiently and kindly helping an elderly lady who was looking for something. 2) A male employee in the ordering area of the store come around the counter to respectfully and patiently help an elderly couple with questions about the menu. 3) I asked for ingredient info about the extensive slushie selection and the manager was most considerate and took time to make sure he answered all my questions. NEEDLESS to say, I am more than happy to stop by this store and very pleased to see the thoughtfulness displayed to the customers. 💗💗💗

I first noticed the cute dog statue on the corner while coming in. This place didnt have any truck parking and theres no diesel pumps at this location. We came in bobtailing so it was no problem.The building is nice sized and filled with many options to choose from to eat. We got our fountain sodas first. It was great to see they had The Grill inside, where you can place orders on several electronic screens. We just wanted something quick for lunch.There were several places to get cold foods and the donuts were all sold out. We both opted for something hot and found the the restaurant inside has a tall hotbox filled with chicken strips and bites, pizza among some other food.We found our x tape on the floor and waited to get checked out. The cashier was polite, the store looked clean and pretty well stocked. Id be happy to come back here if we needed to.

Unbelievably good! Nothing is comparable to a good coffee and a great biscuit breakfast sandwich .. I cant believe that while traveling I found a convenient store with fresh and delicious food and not the usual cardboard like food. Really...Very good spot to pick up snacks and drinks.The friendly staff seems eager to assist you .. Only bad thing is that where I live, ONCUE has not yet arrived!!

OnCue redefines the convenience in convenience stores. The Grill at OnCue offers 1/3lb burgers and large pizzas under just 6 bucks and they taste incredible! We were taken by surprise from the quality of food, the service at the grill and the gas station counter. They also had a full wine store inside the station along with the usual fountain and coffee stations. The instant flavored coffee was provided by Hershey’s.

This is by far the worst gas station Ive ever gone to. What gas station says you visit too much you cant pay at the pump this is my second time using this store kind of sounds like a company that wants to go out of business to me avoid at all cost

Great convenience store! Grill on site with burgers, fries, wraps, chicken strips, breakfast, etc. There is even a small dining area (see pic). Beer cave. E-10 gas and real gas. Large restrooms that are clean. Extremely large lot. (see pic) 24 covered gas pumps. Small dog and large dog parks. (see pic) Free air and water. (see pic) Fast electrical vehicle charging station. (see pic) This place is so big they have their own water tower! (see pic) While I was conducting this review on site, Detrich (sorry no pic) the manager on duty at the time, inquired if he could be of assistance. We visited at length! He cared enough to ask! Very nice guy! Great staff! The culture at this company must be great!

DOG FRIENDLY ~ Fenced Dog ParkGreat travel atop when you are traveling with dogs. The left side of the gas station has two separate dog parks. One for large dogs and a separate fenced in area for small dogs. The park Includes a bench for sitting and also has access to water enable to rehydrate your canines. The huge dog statue at the entrance makes for a good photoshoot.This location is extremely busy so the line inside can be long at times.

I have become a big fan of the 4meat pizza slices. This day they were sold out. The Grill employee said they make fresh pizza in a few min. I appreciated their time and service.This location is a hot spot. I would like to see better gas prices.You post $1.79 for gas as it falsely lures in travlers only to find they were mislead...the reg gas is much higher. I buy my gas from 7-Elven because of the lower prices. ONCUE can do the same and make it a one stop/shop for customers.

Dont want to even give them a star. The first burger we got was great. I thought it was my go to. But today the bottom bread was soaking wet. Yuk.

Nice small fenced in dog park with water fountain. Clean and organized store. Upon glancing at the gas billboard, we decided the price was right and the dog park was the icing on the cake. Upon paying, we were charged $2.49! The signage was $1.17 for E-10.

This establishment obviously is following the QT model. Imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery. The place is very clean and well-staffed. Well lit at night and is huge. Plenty of room to bring in a truck and trailer. Not necessarily a semi truck stop however. Great selection of food and drinks. Staff is very friendly.

Got their weekender special at the grill. 2 and a half hours later, 102 temp. Its the only thing I ate Saturday. Been crapping and puking since. Im finally turning a corner after 4 days. It was good for $2.62 until reality set in. Food safety must not be much of a concern in that tiny kitchen space.

Why do you put the fabulous bbq chicken pizza in the hot box, but not allow people to come in and order one to take home???? Not cool man!!!Please change that, thank you!!

Wow. I love ONQUE to fullest, but the service I received tonight by the pregnant clerk was unacceptable. I would expect that type of service from another gas station, not from an onque.

I really love Oncu and will visit here over almost any other convenient store. With the exception of one associate, everyone is kind, friendly, and helpful at this location. That being said you have one associate that has consistently been rude and had extremely poor customer service the last 3 time I was in. I am a store manager of a fairly high volume retail store and I would be appalled if anyone treated my guests the way she has treated me and my family. I didnt catch her name but she is about 52 with very short black curly hair. Unfortunately she has a rude expression, does not ever say anything when you approach her register, and this last time moved my product to a different register, said nothing to me, said you do this one to the other associate, then proceeded to shoot me a dirty look, and without a word to me, walked off. Being in customer service for over 10 years Ive only ever posted positive reviews of my experiences but three times of pure, unsolicited attitude at a location that is overwhelmingly friendly really makes me want to stop visiting. I still put 5 stars because truly, this is a wonderful location and with the one exception, has a great atmosphere.

If you order from the grill check your food closely, or you will likely have a mistake you didnt notice until you get home. This is the third time at this location I have added cheeses that were missing, wrong sauce on a burger, and no added spices to the burger/ fries. the employees are rude if you point out the mistakes and say its your fault for not verbally specifying your add ons. Ill skip the grill next time and just utilize this as a clean restroom stop and spend my money somewhere customer service is valued.

New station near me on Waterloo Rd and Interstate 35. Went there this morning to fill up before getting on the road. Upon my return I passed a dozen gas stations and still chose to return to this specific station for diesel and drinks. Pulled up to pump no. 4. There was fuel spilled in front of pump which made concrete slick and got my shoes dirty. Thought nothing else of it and proceeded to use my debit card at the pump. Typed my zip and immediately got see cashier message. Thinking i typed the zip wrong, I swiped card again and got exact same message. Paged attendant, and she said I am coming out to help you. Attendant comes out and says you have used your card too many times and you have to come in and prepay I told her this is the whole point of pay-at-the -pump. Up to this point I can understand any and all issues are part of life and ok to blame policies and computers for not letting transaction go thru. Then attendant starts mumbling and started walking off, no apology, not interested in hearing anything I had to say. I drove my truck and park in front of store so as not to block pump and went inside to see a manager. Manager comes to talk to me and cashier continues to mouth off in a loud voice to third associate running register while I was talking to manager. This is FYI to corporate managers responsible for that store. Needless to say an apology is in order and maybe some additional coaching for associate that decided to run her mouth.

One of the most racist people that work there at night they didn’t sell my boyfriend beer even though he showed them his Id. I was in my car when my boyfriend came back saying the banned him for the next 24 hours he can’t get beer but he has an Id and is 21 years of age. Just racist workers there Susan is the name

Today I stopped to buy a beer and they did not want to sell me I felt very offended and a racial act like that ah person this was one of the favorite stores and I will never stop at these stores again

Dont order from the grill. It took them 30 minutes to make our order. Once we got the food the bread in the burgers and sandwiches were soggy and it just tasted nasty. After waiting that long we just threw the food away.

Placed an order at 11:52am and waited well over 30 mins the cook had zero urgency about how long me and others waited will likely be the last I come to this location

Rude management. Im a daily (once or twice) customer. I asked if I could park in the massive empty parking lot for carpooling purposes. They approved. About a week later they threatened to tow my car unless I parked further away from the entrance (I already parked about 10+ parking spaces away from the far side entrance). I started parking further away. Today I received another notice that I would be towed. I would understand if it was some raggedy old car leaking fluid or something, but its literally a brand new car.

Don’t get gas here!!!!! We stopped and got gas after a long day of driving and our light was on. Well we filled up and paid at the pump. We started the pump and it clicked when it said it was “filled” As we drove away and got back on the highway our gas gage still said empty! We had just spend $50 in gas so it made no since! We we stopped at the next gas station down the road and had to put another $50 in! This ONCUE ripped us off! I’m not sure how they faked pump gas into our vehicle but there is no way we got the full tank of gas we paid for!Then when I called to dispute the charges with the ONCUE they blowed me off and said to call back on a Monday. The management and the company has forever lost my business! Stay away and keep your vehicle safe!

Today is 8:46 a.m. December 13th I really do not appreciate the bigger guy coming outside to tell me I have to move my car while I am waiting on me to get gas all because some dude didnt want to go to the five other gas tanks by me but yet they went inside and oncue Personnel decided he wanted to come outside and tell me I had to move that is uncalled for

Just ordered three burgers and three fries did not get anything right on the order not one hamburger or any of the fries and not only did we wait 25 minutes because they said they had to drop more fries which is fine all of our Burgers buns are soaking wet and theyre disgusting

Unimpressed no toilet paper in stall tried to order food had to do it twice on the kiosk not sure why then learned tacos were unavailable after ordering why are they still on the menu most of the snack rollers were empty as was the pizza
