They sell stamps! Came in here today and was greeted by a friendly man named Gregory, the store owner (local gentleman). He was very helpful. I bought some stamps, and dropped my envelope in the box to be mailed. Much quicker, easier, and brighter than the post office! Also love that its owned by a fellow Oklahoman. I love Postal Annex! I stopped using the post office maybe a year ago and only use this location now. For me, it’s more like walking into a place where people genuinely care and want to help. The people there have become friends.
If you hate going to the post office like I do, this place is for you! This store is amazing, best prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to mail my deployed husand packages using APO and they were by far the best price around town. I don’t dread going here to mail anything they make my experience so GREAT! Thanks again!
Very nice owner, and quick mailing. BUT DONT use for Scanning or shredding!! Told a job would take 45 minutes. There for over 4 hours and they forgot to scan double sided. Also, they showed me their shredder, it was very small. Would take hours to shred my stuff.. Had to take my boxes of documents and leave with nothing being done. Just a waste of entire day!!
Go to business for shipping needs. Online sellers are always welcomed there. Friendly helpful staff make you feel welcome.
Postal Annex is great at making you feel like a friend to the company. I have never met them face-to-face, but I order quite a bit from them and communicate frequently through email and phone calls. Im so happy I found a local company to help with all of our printing needs!

This is a full service store--notary public, mailing/shipping, keys made,gifts...with a pleasant, inviting environment. Greg was so helpful, efficient and earnest in his interactions with customers. Judging by the reviews from a year ago--its under new ownership with Greg and family--they have really turned this Postal Annex around. A wonderful place to do business!!

I am so happy this location has opened again!! (Under new ownership) I have been there several times in the past 2 months and the owner Gregory has been eager to serve. Destiny was helpful with a document that needed to be notarized and assisted me in shipping several packages. Its a shame the previous owners gave this location a bad reputation. It is a one stop shop for shipping and printing. Go back and try them again, you wont be sorry!!!!
Destiny and Greg are the most amazing people! I mailed something through UPS via Postal Annex and there were some issues that I had to call UPS to handle. UPS was completely unhelpful and rude, but Destiny called on my behalf and got everything taken care of! She had to spend a lot of time dealing with this, but she did it anyways and I couldn’t be more thankful! I will always use their Postal Annex and you should too!
This place is always on point. They have everything I need and if they don’t have they get it for me every time! I ran out of boxes and they ordered some just for me. Great service!

Nearly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my nearly 20 years of shipping with various companies. Not only did Steve (the owner) get visibly upset because I didnt have the FedEx shipping label attached to the box (because I thought the plastic sleeve was preferred, rather than taping), he basically told me hed rather me take the package to a different FedEx shipping center since he was going to have to attach the sleeve and insert the shipping label himself. The woman at the counter tried to assist by telling the man, I can get this. It was evening she saw he was getting so upset he was shaking. When she handed me the receipt, she apologized. After his return from the back, I asked him his name, upon which he told me, None of your business! And proceeded to the front of the store to remove the business cards from the holder in the counter.If I could rank any lower, I would. While its in the neighborhood of Edmond, I would recommend to everyone to go somewhere else.FedEx doesnt need locations like this, nor does any other shipping company!!The customer service from this location is certainly not representative of other Fed Ex locations!
Unfortunately they will not be getting any more of my business.I had a flat envelope that came back in the mail needing $2.50 postage. Originally I had mailed this envelope from one of the automated machines and I’m assuming it had mis-weighed the envelope. Either way I just needed to purchase $2.50 worth of postage so I could mail my envelope. The owner refused to sell me $2.50 worth of postage quickly rang up the cost of a box that I was purchasing in store and then made the comment, “we won’t be mailing that package here.” I’m not sure why he was upset that I wanted to support their local business & mail my packages there but from now on I will take my business to the local USPS location.
First time in and the employees were fantastic!
Nice owners, but they botched my shipment completely. International package did not arrive in time because of missing paperwork they neglected to include. Owners clearly need to learn more about the shipping part of their business--this has been a headache in tracking, rerouting and refunds, and its not over yet.
Very good customer service. Very nice couple running the place I had no problems while using them. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Steve is very rude and unprofessional.friday I called for information on notary and was told yes it can be done but there are customers here and was hung up on. Saturday we took the paperwork to the postal annex for notary. Unfortunately we had to take our two children as we had no other option. The kids were running circles in the store being disruptive but not destructive. After waiting patiently for several customer to be helped before us because only Steve can notarize we were asked where we thought he needed to notarize. When simply answering his question I was very rudely shushed and given a very condescending glare. When I said we could take our business elsewhere he got very angry and said that would be a good. He proceeded to argue with my husband and blame the children for his lack of courtesy and disrespect for the customer. We will not be returning to this location for any services and highly recommend anywhere but here.
Finally a convenient place for Arcadia/Luther/East Edmond to pack, ship, & p.o. box! Also the nicest owners you have ever met.
BEWARE! 1) You can’t use amazon QRC shipping option here. 2) A shipping service unable to spare a few inches of tape for a loose label is confusing to me. Not sure how that fits within a customer service construct. Our experience seems to be inline with other not-so-good reviews.Have never experienced these issues at the UPS Stores at 33rd and Boulevard or 2nd and Bryant. Would recommend those other locations until this store gets its act together.

The gentleman working at this location is extremely rude. Through interactions both on the phone and in person, he is belittling and short tempered. I would recommend another location for your shipping needs.

This annex never opens at 9:00! They know they have people waiting, but they just don’t care!
