Terrible customer service. After waiting TWO AND A HALF MONTHSfor clubs (they said there was a shipping delay from China... Callaway clubs are made in Mexico I later learned...) they made an error with my order. They didnt offer to fix it, let alone fix it free of charge. They said I could pay myself to ship them back for a return. I had to contact Callaway directly to get the problem fixed. Tim was rude in his emails and this was literally the worst customer service I have experienced in year.

I just joined this weekend as a Gold Club member and the customer service has been excellent. Trent White answered my emails on a Saturday and Sunday and helped me navigate through the website. He answered an email while on vacation. I appreciate the great customer service and look forward to making improvements to my golf game.
I dont even live in OK. Ive been recieving spam emails for years now and somehow it always finds its way into my inbox. Ive tried to unsubscribe and contact them to no success, this is very unprofessional and annoying.
