I really enjoy shopping here all the time. I take my time browsing each and every single shelve.Some of the prices are a little exaggerated compare to other feed store but overall this is what to expect from any large company.I buy most of feed from here because its not too far from my house. I also buy deer corn from here which I crush using my homemade crusher which saves me a lot of money. One 40 lb bag is only $9. I feed it to my chickens and my rabbits which seem to like it.Other than the high prices, I dont see any other negative thing to say about this place. My wife and I ordered a bunch of 16 cattle panels and t-posts recently. I expected to have to load them up ourselves, but some very helpful staff used a forklift and got all the panels and posts loaded up in no time! A welcome help on a very hot day. Thanks for excellent customer service!

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tractor Supply stores for various needs. However, the middle aged woman who works the front most days is very unpleasant. She is generally unfriendly and makes rude comments about customers’ purchases. I’ve tried placing online orders just so I don’t have to deal with her, but the last one I placed was screwed up by their staff, and my husband ended up having to spend about twenty minutes in the store—first arguing with the rude cashier, then waiting for her manager to fix the order they didn’t fill correctly. I don’t know what’s going on with this store, but I would never allow someone who speaks to customers the way she does work for me.

When you need farm or yard mechanical tools or parts for something this is the place to go. There is a traffic signal for exiting & entry. There is an ever expanding out side area where machines, trailers, fencing materials and kayaks are kept. The POS system works fast and well for non-tax sales.

Not friendly, not helpful, seem like theyd rather not be bothered. Asked about stock that was showing available online was brushed off and told whatever you see on the floor is what we have. Stated I saw it available online, was told well our online tracker doesnt work. Ummm whats the point then??...said thank you and as I was leaving employee asked if I was looking for a mower, which is what I specifically stated when I approached the counter . First time to a Tractor Supply store, will definitely be the last.

Got a jack here and got home and it was missing the burp seal. Disapointed but more shocked that they sold somthing like that, imagine if someone else bought it and didnt realize that.

Rude and offensive. while we were shopping a woman in plain clothes just walked up and took my basket and said they were tsking it up front. didnt ask didnt do anything of the sort just took off. ended up being the manager and would not let us shop with our basket. so we walked out cuz they had no excuse. they wiuldnt allow us to shop. ill never return, ever.

Great little Edmond store with good customer service.

Don’t offer curbside pickup if your employees are going to have piss poor attitudes about bringing things outside. This is the third time in a row I’ve been treated poorly for utilizing a service you guys promote on your website.. did I mention I have a disability and couldn’t load my own truck even if I tried..? Unreal how rude some people can treat their own paying customers.

I drive further to this tractor supply because of the amazing service. I probably wont be back. I brought my toddler with me to pick up some new chicks, wearing face masks bc your sign mandates it but your staff wasnt wearing them. Only the cashier. Stocker and customer service had no face mask in sight. There were no carts available and i had my toddler in tow to get 8 bags of feed. The best they could do is suggest I check the parking lot for a cart. (The store wasnt busy at all). Horrible experience. Dont know of you lost staff but the staff there tonight dropped the ball all the way around.

Always enjoy tractor supply! Theyve always got some good deals, and clearance items that beat other stores prices! Quality of the merchandise here is superb in my opinion. Staff is always friendly and greet you often as soon as you enter the store!

This place was clean and people secmed helpful.The prices did not seem to give the biggest bang for your buck. The inventory was adequate but not the most varied.It did seem to offer very easy in/out access for What they sold.

Sold me a garbage riding lawn mower and service plan. I have only been able to use is about eight times in 3.5 years. Breaks after each use and I have had to have it picked up and repaired five times. There is a No Lemon policy with the service plan but that is a trick. How many times do I have to have it fixed for Tractor Supply to realize this is a faulty mower?Avoid this store and Cub Cadet mowers.

Horrible customer service. Online shows a product in stock and available. Show up and had to have him paged after 6 minutes of standing. Then he looks it up and staes its out of season so its on a pallet. Like oh well. Then I state they are the only place in town that carries it. He states, well I guess I could try, itll take me a while, we have umpteen pallets. We walked out. Placed the order to pick up in store in an hour and he cancelled the order in 5 minutes. I will be speaking to a manager.

Love shopping at Tractor Supply. I cant ever just go in & get what i came for, & leave. I always end up being there longer then i intended. Theres a lot of stuff to look at. The prices are pretty good too.

Went in about 9am. Need high protein catfish feed, some hot wire supplies and window shopped some spring saving deals that were going on. Always enjoy going to this tractor supply.

If you are needing help with your project do some research before coming in and staff will be more than willing to find the products you need but dont expect us to do the research for you.Need parts for your mower? Bring in your model number so we can get you the correct items rather than have to guess.Check store availability before assuming that since you saw the product online we will have it in the store. Call to double check especially if you are making a special trip. This could save you time and frustration.

Tractor supply Carries the dog food my dog can eat (allergies to poultry) and the smell of the place takes me back to my childhood at the old feed store with my granddaddy.

I was there shopping for hog wire panels and they had them. The salesman was knowledgeable, explained the many uses it had. I then walked the store and was surprised with everything you need is there. Having 160 acres, you have to shop at Tractor Supply, youll save a lot of time and money!

I visited this location today to have my propane tank filled. The gentlemen that filled it (Justin) was polite, friendly, and did the heavy lifting. The cashier (Nancy) was also polite, friendly, sweet, and helpful to other guests. Recommend this place and will be using it for all of my propane needs.

Waited at register while 2 employees, off to the side, stood and chatted and never even acknowledged my presence ... nor my departure when I left my purchase at the cash register and walked out. Store is poorly stocked as well on many items - simply walk the shelves

Purchased and paid for a safe online for pickup Im store. Arrived and they sold it to someone else. Had to argue to get them to return my money. My husband wanted this specific safe for Christmas so I just reordered and set pickio for Moore after I left and had zero problems. The worst part though was the customer service. No accommodation for their error, no going out of their way to make it right. Just it looks like Elk City or Cordell has them (neither even remotely close). Not a location visit again

I could not find a chainsaw chain or fuel line for my poulan, but it can be ordered. They did have automotive and tractor batteries. Cashier was helpful and polite.

Tuesdays from 5-7 they have a little pop up vet clinic. I am so grateful for that, they were so sweet to my kitties, very fast, and actually affordable.

Tractor supply has priced items as well as harbor freight and is comparable to lowes and home depot in their pricing. Actually there are many items you can get at TS that you cant at other places such as Ace and Wal Mart. Their staff has always been friendly & helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve been coming here for 3 years and their customer service is always terrible. Takes way too long to get things you need and all of the employees act like they don’t want to be there. The only reason I go there is for propane for my travel trailer that my family and I live in. Today, I went to fill my propane tank. The guy tells me he wont fill it because it was manufactured in 07. Says if he does fill it he’d be breaking the law because it’s only good for 10 years... Only one problem, I’ve come here all of 2017 ( about 10 times) and once now in 2018 and they’ve filled it with no problem!!!😠😠😠

Terrible customer service . We walked in last night and nobody was even up front. Fortunately, I knew where i was going. We could here two employees in the back talking and giggling. They walked by us on two or three occasions, but never said a single word. When we left, the girl was standing up front and didn’t even acknowledge us. We will not be back.
