Have ventured in several times since starting my home brew hobby. The guys are helpful, and the prices are competitive or cheaper than places on the web. Bought a CO2 regulator that was defective and they swapped it out easily and topped off my tank for my trouble.

Came here to get my small 9oz CO2 canister filled I use for my aquarium plants. The guy accidentally filled it to 13 oz. But it held... at least until I got halfway home and the tank got warmer in the car. Blew out the saftey valve so I have to get a new one of those but the guys up here @ learn to brew are very friendly and are doing the right thing and filling my tank again. Im still out the cost for a saftey valve but hey, no harm no foul. Just happy they didnt make excuses like some companies have in the past.

Hit and miss if theyre helpful or just straight up rude. Theyve been closed during their own business hours several times after Ive driven there. They sell on amazon so they dont really need customers as much as they used to, plus they sold my gf a used 5gal keg that leaks and told her it was new. Nice move.

I have decided that I wanted to learn how to brew my own beer. So naturally I tried to do my research online and youtube and thought I had a decent idea of how to go about it and the supplies I would need. When I entered the store I was greeted by Cody A. and showed my ignorance. He was extremely patient with me and helped me find a recipe to try and clone a beer that I liked and walked me through the process of finding the grain and milling it. I really appreciated his guidance and again, his patience. It was a good experience and I will definitely be back by the store the next time I need more supplies for the next batch.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have everything from the most exotic grains to professional brewing equipment. They stock many ingredient kits as well as whole grains for the brew from scratch crowd. If youve never brewed beer before they have equipment kits and are friendly enough to help you get going with your new kit. Or if youve been brewing for a while and want to upgrade your equipment, its hard to imagine you would need something, they dont stock. Whether you are a novice or an expert brewer, this is the best place in Oklahoma City to shop!

TOP NOTCH customer service. I ordered an immersion chiller from them and noticed a dent/kink in one place. I contacted them for an honest opinion on whether they thought it would impact flow, and without my even asking about a return, their response was it shouldnt impact flow, but you paid for an undamaged unit so well send you a replacement. Thats a stand-up business in my book and Ill definitely be looking at them again the next time I need supplies.

Very nice bigger place than the Moore location. They have brewing classes available. I needed champagne yeast and they had it. Fun to look at all the different hops and flavors available.

This is a great place to start learning to brew your own beer. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The beginners class that I took today was very well structured and informative.

I used to go here all the time when I lived in Moore two years ago and the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to swing by for Good Times Sake on my way back to Tulsa and will not do that again. I did not feel welcome at all, the guy behind the counter didnt even look up and greet me. When I asked questions I was instructed to just Google it. I grabbed what needed and left, its a shame how uninterested that employee was. For now on Ill just wait and get what I need in the Tulsa area.

Helpful nice service. We grow cannabis hydroponically and also use a CO 2 tank. Easy to have them refill.

Went to only learn about the process of brewing, Ive always wanted to brew my own beer. The gentleman there was very helpful and knowledgable, and I actually bought a brewing kit and all the ingredients for my first batch!

This shop is awesome, but to not be open on Sundays when most people are off work is a bummer. If its the law then I get it. If not, I just bought stuff from Wal mart.

This place would be so much better if it wasnt for the customers - Learn to brew staff.Its hard to rate a local business (especially one as niche as this) this low because I love being able to support local businesses and people but this store has earned this rating based on a track record off bad experiences.Every time I go the employees barely acknowledge me and show no interest in helping. Expired yeast and out of stock of ingredients are pretty common. Without a fail an employee will try to scrutinize your recipe and try to hijack saying This would be cooler. Dont dare ask to have your grains double milled because your low efficiency is definitely not caused by that (BIAB Brewing). Uninformed part-time staff, that only get paid in gear and not money. Smug regular employees...I will say the owner is very pleasant... I wish him the best but Im done with his store.I do think it is cool they do beginner classes because more home brewers around is never a bad thing. Hopefully one of them will open a brewshop sometime soon to take this ones place. For now, I will be going to the only other brewshop in okc.
