Rude staff when I came in to speak with him about sales and distribution they wanted to cut me off before I could get a sentence out and were very short would not come here again

Please add a “negative stars” option!!!Horrible customer service! I was called, at least two names that I can recall, all because I am not a regular customer and was looking for specific items. I don’t know if it was the owner or just a clerk but the treatment I received was the worst I can recall in a liquor store. I will never let my body cast a shadow on those doors again. In fact, I will go as far to inform my friends, family, and the group of liquor enthusiasts that I am a part of to not spend one penny in this place. Horrible human being and horrible customer service!!!

I love having a knowledgeable person behind the counter. Especially when they will come out from behind the counter and help me with my selection.

I went in this store looking for allocated bourbons. Asked the cashier possibly the owner if they had any. He said I only sell to customers I know. I’m like do what? I told him my money is green like everyone else’s. I was wearing a Texas shirt, and he begins to tell me to take my money to Texas cause they’ll take it there. I just laughed and said “ good luck running a business with that attitude”. Don’t waste your time or money here if you don’t go in daily.

The rudest lady works there. Went in to ask a question and she gave a big attitude. So just walked out. I would suggest never to go there . Ahe needs to have a drink maybe she wouldnt be hateful to people that dont deserve it.

So far, this is has been the worst liquor store I’ve ever been to in my life. Bad selection & you can’t even call it customer service. These are just bad people in general. Don’t shop here.

Horrible service? ALL THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I have had at least 4 different friends go to this store on various different occasions and the employees are always rude. FYI we have never been intoxicated when in the store.

The owner is very rude I would not recommend this liquor store. Theres a great one up the street. I cant believe theyre still open! They wonder why theres no business. Its called customer service the owner should try it

Owners have always been great and suggested some really good wines.

If I could give negative stars I totally would. The older gentlemen there needs to meditate or find religion because if he keeps on talking to people the way he does, I’m gonna lose mine.

Dont know about the other reviews on here, I was just checking if they were open today on Christmas Eve. If you couldnt get along with these guys, something might be wrong with you. I just moved into Edmond 4 months ago. Bunch of snobby unfriendly elitists to say the least. I am quite particular of Mom and Pop shops, and this store has that fun vibe as they are family owned. Id rather throw some jingle more that way, then to conglomerate businesses. Since I met the owners, I now go out of my way for my purchases for this reason, and also the family is super friendly, comical relief, and down to earth. Its quaint, but stocked well with a decent variety, and well priced considering other stores in the area. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area to check out!

Walked into this liquor store for a bottle of champagne, walked out with a lecture on politics and my voting habits from the owner, who was supremely rude. It was my first time in the store, and it will certainly be my last.

I was looking for a bottle of wine, not the employees (owners?) political opinion. When I didnt respond to her pro-Trump/anti-Hillary comments she got huffy and insulted my taste in wine. What a weird and unpleasant experience!

Owner is very rude and started cussing at me and my mother. We didnt even speak to her or engage her in any way when she came at us. If you want to be attacked and degraded this is the place to go

Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. The owners either do not understand customer service... or don’t care.

HORRIBLE. Rude and do not advise anyone to ever go to this store. There are plenty of wine and spirits stores within a mile of this one. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!
