I have some serious doubts about this company. I call to check pricing they insist they have to send someone out first. Now this guy shows up, hasnt measured anything and starts trying to up sell me, then starts talking about commercial property liability and why the more expensive products are needed( even though this is a duplex in a residential neighborhood). Now that sounds like scare tactics and if that is what goes on with the average elder potential customer then its a questionable practice. He finally measures when I refuse to be upsold and ask him to measure and get me an appointment to go see the actual equipment. He tells me someone will call me the next day.Next day comes and goes, I call and leave a message. I wait three days and call, leave a message. Day 4 I call talk to someone who tells me the person I need to talk to is sitting next to him, but is busy but she will call me in 15 minutes......No phone call. 4 days after this I get a call and they leave a message that they need a couple of details to complete the contract.I have never seen any of the chair lifts, never had a chance to see the showroom because they were supposed to set up a visit.Combine all of this and it reeks of shady. Dont think this is a company that is on the up and up.Didnt have this experience with the other two companies I finally called out of frustration with 101 mobility.

Great and easy experience from ordering my lift for my car from Melissa to the technician that came to my apartment to install it. Saved money on it too! I was very impressed that the technician checked everything multiple times before he was satisfied that the job was done.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The cutting edge technology used to design the product and then manufacture it and then install, is the custom fit perfect for our home. Last but not least, the company hires veterans and as a veteran myself, it means a great deal to me . My needs are now 100 % met and I can thank a vet. Thanks to all of you for your service . After an unpleasant experience with another vendor who essentially abandoned us, I discovered the 101 Mobility team. They were immediately responsive, professional, and compassionate. They expedited the process as a preferred Bruno vendor. The custom stairlift was expertly installed in a matter of hours and has been an absolute life-changer for my wife, who recently suffered a stroke. This family-owned business should be your first stop for any mobility needs.

After my wife had knee surgery she had great difficulty going up and down our stairs. We read numerous reviews and decided on the highly rated Bruno Elite Indoor Curved stair lift. We learned that 101 Mobility in Oklahoma City and Tulsa were Bruno Preferred dealers. Our friend had a Bruno stair lift installed by 101 Mobility years ago and still loves it.So we contacted the OKC office who did a thorough job taking measurements and photos of our staircase that has seven steps up to a landing, turns 180 degrees, then has seven more steps up to another landing. We decided to have parking zones installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs so that the chair would always be off the stairs when not in use, and would be safer when getting on and off the chair. So there was a 90 degree curve at the top of the stairs and a 180 degree curve at the bottom of the stairs for the chair to get off of the stairs and stop at the parking zones.Everyone that we worked with at 101 Mobility was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Christina, Jennifer, Melissa and Daryl were able to answer all of my questions and alleviate all of the concerns that I had about this rather complicated curved stair lift installation. Three weeks after signing the contract the stair lift was perfectly installed by Kirk and Josh who happened to be former U.S. Marines. The installation was made without a hitch between Christmas 2016 and New Year’s Day, and we are delighted with our new stair lift. We couldn’t be happier with the folks at 101 Mobility!As a retired U.S. Air Force member myself, I appreciate their humorous reply when I asked the installers Kirk and Josh if it was true that they were former Marines. Their reply was “Yes, our boss likes to hire people who don’t complain!”
