If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service. I complimented her taste and shop multiple times, tried to purchase a few things that “weren’t for sale” for some reason? She doesn’t want to sell anything and she doesn’t want anyone to come to her shop. What a waste of a potentially beautiful space.

Oh my goodness! I love the miniatures. This store has been around since I was a little girl. The building is beautiful and historic. And, they have an interesting selection of gifts, dolls, and miniatures. I got a few miniatures pictures and spent hours looking around.

A fantastic and diverse collection of antique dolls, toys, furniture and much more! Upstairs houses a super-duper variety of antique metal cars, trucks, mechanical coin banks, dolls (and More dolls), furniture, crockery, China cabinets, dressers, lamps, baby beds, bassinets, quilts, and other household items. Each article is clean, nicely displayed, and marked with its price. A very clean, well-organized and friendly establishment. A perfect place to find a gift for someone special, or to complement your home!

Nice stuff poor customer service. If less than 1 was was an option here, Id give that. I went in looking for a holiday gift for some dear friends and like a few other reviewers felt very uncomfortable in this place. I was the only customer that was there and was also being shadowed. The $1k table that I got scolded for touching was actually going to be a purchase. Sorry guys, lost sale for you. I will not be returning or recommending this place to friends. Best of luck to you.

Did not feel very welcomed but I got some cute doll stuff so cant complain too much

This is a repost from a good friend of my wife, on an experience they had at this store.----------------------I have to say, I absolutely have always loved this shop. I have been going there for years. I have made many small purchases and quite a few large ones as well. I have introduced this shop to family and friends alike. I have always felt welcome there and comfortable asking questions and discussing projects that I am working on... until today. I comprehend the concept of shadowing customers. Although, I do not comprehend the concept of making your customers feel unwelcome and rushed. Was I truly being singled out... accused? If not, then why, oh why, did your shadow not shadow with her mouth shut? I did not go there to be made feel as though I am a criminal. I did not go there to have my conversation intruded upon by a pushy, insulting shadow. I did not need her to explain the prices of minis... been shopping there for years. I know what they cost. I also did not need her to explain that you pay for what you want. Just like I didnt need it when my husband an I spend over $300 on minis for my birthday... in this shop. I also did not realize that children are not welcome. That never entered my mind before, considering all the paper doll books and sticker books my daughter has conned me into buying. My daughter did not deserve the dirty looks or her short, snideness. So, in closing, as much as I love this shop I will never darken their door again. I will also inform everyone Ive ever sent to this shop of the welcome we received today, and suggest they follow suit. Have a great day.
