I will definitely be going back even though they didnt have what I was looking for the staff and managers were very helpful and nice. They helped me look for a product and went above and beyond to assist me.

Excellent sale on shadow boxes. No customer serve of greeting as passing associates. No communication when staying rt by an associate in an isle looking. Found what we needed by walking thru store investing. Cashier was friendly and communication with her was good. She initiated the greeting and thanked us and wished us a good day. That was appreciated.

Went for a frame to give as a gift. Salesgirl was unbelievably sweet and helped me get a gold colored paper for inside it. My daughter will love this present so much. Thanks Michaels.

Staff is very nice and very helpful. If youve never been to this location, its HUGE. Two stories. I needed to find something in a hurry and two friendly staff members helped me get it (it was upstairs) and get me checked out in under 10 minutes.

We needed a specific size picture frame. Tried Big Lots, Dollar Tree & a frame store. No luck. Went to Michaels & they have an enormous selection & several styles in the size we needed. Note to self: Go to Michaels.

This is my go-to place for all crafts. The staff are always friendly, but occasionally hard to find someone not busy. The store organization is a little confusing at times, but that is all Michaels locations. I prefer to shop online and pick up my order when I think about it.

I really like the options at Michaels but I hate going in there around the holidays. Overcrowded and isles too small for carts. Their Christmas selection this year is great and loved the 40% off sale! Friendly staff.

I just love shopping here. The store is always neat and well stocked. Employees are very friendly and helpful. It is handicapped accessable and has an electric cart available.

I didnt appreciate having to buy the bag to carry my purchases home in. Im glad it all fit in one bag

This was my 3rd trip to get something framed. It would have been nice if someone had told me the 1st 2 times that I was there that the framer leaves between 530 and 6 pm.

Great organization, clean, EVERYONE was wearing masks, the right way, decent yarn selection but a lot of empty bins. They were fast and friendly at checkout.

During covid times they are very safe. Only grudge I have is that the workers speed around doing inventory and almost hitting you. Otherwise great place to go, cheaper than walmart.

My first visit to Michaels at the frame department and the staff was experienced and skillful. I was extremely impressed with their ability to quickly access my needs and come to the perfect resolution.

Although Hobby Lobby is better priced and has just as nice merchandise Michaels is not bad. The store is nice and clean, the employees are pleasant and helpful. All in all it is a really nice store. Although I still prefer Hobby Lobby for the better prices and sales.

Lots of great prices and selection. My husband and I went yesterday to get a few things and it was so packed. The line was super long but it moved so fast. I cant wait to use my new yarn that was on sale for super cheap.

Sales on supplies are always great

Clean place with a large selection of items, especially seasonal finds. A little on the pricey side but the online coupons make it better. I dont shop there without one. The checkout lines are usually long, but they have gotten better than they used to be. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get in and out, even if you know what you want. They almost always have what you are looking for, and that is very important.

Great place. Has everything you need for your hobby. They always have a coupon available on their website. A lot of items on sale. The store always looks neat & clean. Their employees are always friendly and helpful. One thing I really like about this store is they carry items for the sewing machine, home sewer, like thread. I always walk all the Isles because it gives me inspiration for other designs that I can incorporate into my hobby. They also have a lot of different types of paint. Just a great place to shop.

Its a standard Michaels.Its pretty well stocked, theres always sale prices. The place was clean. The store was a little disorganized. The cashiers were pretty slow.But if you need a craft store, this place works just fine.

I actually shop from here mostly online but my daughter & I occasionally go to the store. You can almost always find what you are looking for craft wise. They have THE MOST wonderful selection of artificial flowers, but a bit pricey. Be prepared to wait at checkout, its usually pretty long lines. Their pricing on all the things we have bought, stretched canvas, roll vinyl, stencils, heavy body acrylic paints are the best I could find locally or online

We love this store. With the sales they have it really pays to make the trip and check out what they have. Great decorations for the holidays and a huge selection of crafts.

Michaels is awesome and the staff here are very helpful. Just make sure that if you pick something up off of a shelf expecting it to be discounted you pay attention to the price of the discounted item when the cashier rings it up. Multiple times I have picked up something that is on a shelf that is discounted and then when they run it through its at full price and if Im not paying attention I dont get the discount.

Last two trips, the wrong merchandise was put under a “clearance” tag.....after standing in their usually long line, I walked out empty handed because the wrong similar merchandise was priced much higher. Then I stopped in to buy a basketball displaycase on sale....no cases, I couldn’t get a rain check, was told shipment was coming in next day so I came back, bought the only one that came I ....it was broken...brought it back....was told they were not getting anymore and I could drive 30 minutes away to another Michaels to return.The sales people are nice, but i wish they were better at stocking and supply.

Long lines and they dont carry half the products in store that they used to. Sure you can order online, but whats the point when Amazon has everything cheaper and faster shipping.

I love the merchandise but it is pricy if not on sale. I go there often just to get ideas for projects. The website is also set up well and easy to use. Make sure to give them your email for discounts!

I was pleased with the service I received. They were very busy but the employees were very good about offering help.There was a line when I went to check out but they had four checkers and it didnt take long to get checked out. They also had some very good sales going on.

Ohhhh I love this store!!! I went here with some family to have a shadow box made and they are so sweet and easy to get along with. The selection of craft supplies is the best, and they are always running a sale. I will continue to support this location when I fly home to the Alton area and the locations here in Denver! Without a doubt a wonderful place to buy anything craft related or to find a gift for a hard to buy for person!

Michaels is not family friendly win it comes to their employees. Its a real shame that in todays day and age a company as big as Michaels does not understand the meaning of family. I do not believe theres a mother out there that likes to call and advise their employer that they need to take the day off work because of a sick child or some other type of family situation. At the same time I dont think theres a mother out their that would NOT call their employer and tell them she could not come in today because of a sick child.Upon hearing this does Michaels managers understand the situation, no they cut the employees hours for a couple of weeks, after she shows up for work on day and no one was there, she waited a half hour in a parking lot at 230 in the morning and then left because she felt uncomfortable sitting in a parking lot that early in the morning . Management even told her that someone should have called and said the hours had been changed. Their fault however they still charged her with a no show no call, even though that employee work the most stupid hours I have heard of. 3 am till 11 am.Michaels should be ashamed of themselves, Im sure that if any of those managers had a family problem that needed their attention at home, no one would cut their hours. Employees want to work, they have passion and most put in a hard days work. Management need to get off there high chair and treat employees not like the hired help rather treat them like family and then they would have a work place that customers can tell is an all around great place to work in and shop at.Bottom Line, had to stay home with a sick child, hours were changed and management did not say anything, now out of a job. Well at least they got her to work all those late night early morning hours during their busiest time of the year.
