We always go to shoe carnival. Employees are great, very friendly, helpful, and very kind. I’ve always found shoes for my grandsons here. Great buys! We usually always look at the clearance sales first and 9 times out of 10 are able to find the boys shoes in that section that the boys like and fit too. No other store ever has that. We are so happy with service and friendly atmosphere. Store is always clean and organized. Thanks Shoe Carnival I. Edwardsville! We appreciate you!

Staff is very courteous and attentive at this store. Very helpful. The store itself seems small and the sizes are usually picked over. I find it difficult to find a womens size 9 in popular styles.

It is a literal carnival of shoes and while the experience of going to one is nothing like it was as a kid they are pretty good.

Friendly service, store was a little messy in the clearance area but otherwise nice store.

The store is good but they NEVER have my true size in black and white Converse. Lol everyone else must also wear a size 8 shoe!

I needed a new pair of shoes since I havent had a new pair for two years. I have a large wide foot. I wanted slip ons as well. I found just what I was looking for. Very sturdy!

No one wanted to help me they literally walk right pass me wen i signal for help and felt some type way....i guess it was the way I dressed and they assume I wasnt trying to spend money which I wind up finding everything on own but of woman of colored I felt disrespected by the lack help that i wasnt shown there and by the way the store wasnt even crowded

They dont have as much of a selection as they used to. Id rather shop online and I dont like shopping online for shoes....

Staff is very friendly and are willing to help you. Had an issue once, but it wasnt their fault. Computer wasnt working and there was no one else to help cash out for a while.

I wear a size 12 in womens shoes. There is never a pair that fit me. They used to carry cute shoes I could swing as unisex in mens but no more. :(

Their buy one get one is nice when you have a big family. However I just wasnt that impressed with the selection. It seemed like most of the nikes were all the same. Just different colors.

I dont know who the rude man was that worked here. He was stocking shelves and talking rather authoritarian to another employee like he was the boss or owner. He ran over to me after I tried getting a box of shoes off of an upper shelf and rudely told me to ask for help next time. I asked if it was better to try on athletic shoes with socks and he said, youll get a better fit, and walked away. (no socks) Ill take my shoe buying elsewhere. Im sure its hard to retain customers when you are that rude.

The selection of mens sneakers/basketball shoes was great as well as the wide range of sizes, even right before school started. I was also met with friendliness from the cashier, which is becoming rare these days.
