With the help of my guests and the consultants, I found the perfect dress! My consultant really went above and beyond for me and my guests to make it a memorable experience. I have been coming to Elegant Brides for years with my alterations and bridesmaids dresses. These ladies have always been so welcoming and accommodating. This go around they did my alterations for my wedding dress and took so much time to pay attention to the detail and make sure everything came out perfectly. Anytime I had a question I never felt like I was bothering them when I’d call, I was always greeted with a “Hey Lins!”I am so happy to be getting married, but I will miss seeing these ladies frequently 😘 Thank you so much ladies, you have made the process of my wedding dress as least stressful as possible, and never did I worry my dress would be anything less than beautiful being in your hands.

It all started Halloween weekend 2020,.. Dawnelle is the best. Fun, relaxed, and exciting atmosphere. They listen to what u want- and help u achieve the look u are looking for. Mine was a bridal gown and if I could have walked out in it. I would have. Thank u so much elegant bride.

Great experience, renting a suit for my 5 year old for my cousin’s wedding. They mailed it out and we mailed it back, only one trip for measurements. He had a great time and so did we. Cheers!

Ordered a size 8 dress, instead I got a 10. Wedding is a month away and told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. So now I’m stuck with a oversized dress that I paid $190. Apparently they wrote down the sizing wrong because I have a sister in law with the same exact name and she ordered a 10. Had one sizing lady there for 8 or 10 girls for this wedding. They need to be more organized and explain sizing better. The worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone. And no help offered at all. Seriously don’t waste your time nor money!

Dawnelle was so helpful when I called. She was very accommodating in making our appt. Then when I gave her more details, she kindly let me know she had a very limited selection of bride’s dresses in the bride’s size, price range, and 2 month timeframe. She encouraged me to look up the dress images online to see if we even wanted to keep the appt. When the bride decided against the dresses, Dawnelle suggested a competitor that she thought could better serve us. 4 stars only because the didn’t have what we needed, but 5 stars for service and communication!

Gabby and Dawnelle were absolutely wonderful to work with!!! They were both super, super sweet, attentive, and responsive to all of the questions we had. They also had a wide variety of dresses to choose from. I would highly recommend going to their shop!! 😊

I came in feeling super nervous, as I had been to a few other shops with no luck and a few bad experiences. This shop owner and her staff were kind and supportive, and put me at ease immediately. They were not pushy, gave helpful suggestions when asked, made me feel valued, and were incredibly respectful and patient. I found a dress I loved at a great price.

Our experience was amazing! They were so helpful and patient while we tried on every dress my daughter pulled. We actually left to visit another store and quickly walked and to return back to Elegant Brides. You will not be disappointed they are simply the best!

The dresses are all in great condition, kept in nice bags, prices easily found on bag. It is a smaller store, but the dresses they have are all beautiful. Definitely worth taking a look on your wedding dress hunt. Affordable suit/tux rentals as well.

This was the third place I went shopping for my wedding dress. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The woman I worked with, Dawnelle, was so sweet and funny, and made my experience such a great and relaxing time! She was so personable and was extremely helpful the whole time. I cannot say enough good things about her and this place in general. I highly recommend them for your bridal and bridesmaid shopping needs!!!!

I visited several shops during my search for the perfect dress. Elegant Brides was by far the best. They had the perfect amount of selection of dresses. Most stores make you feel so overwhelmed stepping into them by the amount of dresses. The staff was amazingly helpful and didnt seem to pressure me into buying anything and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find MY dress. I also cannot rave about the owner Dawnelle enough. She made me feel like family, as if I were her daughter helping me find my dress. She made the whole ordering process a breeze and kept me thoroughly updated on the progress of my order and shipping. Also when one of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant after ordering she went above and beyond to correct the order to accommodate for a bridesmaid that would be 7 mos pregnant at my wedding. I dont typically write reviews at all and that just shows how strongly I feel about this place. You will definitely have a pleasant shopping experience here!!!!

I was in earlier today with my bridal party. As my excited bridal party walked in, they said and this is the bride!. Instead of a pleasant greeting, congrats, or anything at all we got a blank stares and do you have an appointment?. We had scheduled appointment and all of the ladies, rudely handed me tags. They said put these on the ones you want. Myself, nor my bridal party, did not receive one smile throughout our short visit. I picked out a few dresses, and the lady started off by saying do you want them to help you or me. Every encounter we had with one of the workers, there were no smiles or excitement in their tones. She only brought one dress for me to try on after we told her what styles I was looking for. Every time the lady was around my bridal party, we felt awkward and like we werent to act like our goofy selves. I had only tried on three dresses and wanted to rush out of the store. This was my first time trying on dresses and these employees ruined my first bridal shopping experience. There never once was a congratulations or smiles exchanged. I have no idea how this boutique has received more than a 1 star.

I LOVED this store! It was so clean and smelled nice with rows and rows of beautiful gowns. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable! I had just come over from Chrissys alterations on the other side of town (Who, by the way, DESTROYED my dress) and Elegant Brides was able to repair it! Thanks so much Elegant Brides!

I recently purchased my Maggie Sottero wedding gown from Elegant Brides, and my bridesmaids will be purchasing their dresses from there as well. Originally, Elegant Brides did not have the particular Maggie dress that I was looking for, but the owner went above and beyond to get the dress to the store just so I could try it on. It was the first dress I tried on, and would have been the only if not for the associate suggesting I try a few more on just to make sure my selection was, in fact, the right dress. All of the dresses were beautiful, and the selection in the store was more than I could have hoped for. I cannot wait for my January, 2013 wedding so my bridesmaids and I can look stunning in our attire. Thank you, Elegant Brides!

I had such a great experience here! I went in last Saturday with my mom, future MIL, and two sisters. The lady that helped us, Dawnelle, was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me only the dresses that fit my guidelines. She was very attentive and fun to work with. When I finally found the gown--I had a hard time saying yes....Its such a big decision!...She understood my concerns and said to go home and think about it and shed put the dress in the back for me until the following day...Most places will not let you reserve a dress like this so I was highly impressed with that. She knew I was uncomfortable with the price of the dress and gave us a great deal on it. The next day I came back in with my mom and dad to try it on again before making a decision. As soon as I walked in the door (and even though she was busy with other customers) she immediately greeted me by name. I tried the dress on one last time and knew it was the one. I would definitely recommend going to Elegant Brides and will be returning in the future to look for bridesmaid dresses. The place is clean, well stocked full of amazing dresses, and just an all around fun atmosphere to be in. I never felt rushed and she even encouraged me to walk around in the dress, to sit, dance, etc...Other places Ive been to want you in and out of a dress...Definitely not the case here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their wedding dress. It was an all around wonderful experience and I couldnt be more happy with the dress I found.

This place was great. The ladies working there were wonderful and definitely knew what they were doing. They had me looking good for two weddings two weeks apart. Two different tuxedos!

This is such a wonderful experience being the mother of the bride and those ladies that have helped us from the start are Angels! They make this even better for my daughter and I. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

06/15/18Owner was aware that the dress did not fit when it was tried on the day before the wedding. It took them 3 people and ended up replacing a hook as a result. She did not offer to take out the added cup or take out the stitches when it was made smaller. The dress was so tight that there was an overlap in the back of the dress. The dress could not be worn all night because it was digging into the skin and she could not breathe. When the owner was approached on 6-18-18 she said the dress fit just fine and tried to blame it on the humidity or water weight that happened within 24 hours. That there was no overhang in the back and denied it took 3 staff members to get her in the dress. That the bride did not complain that it was too tight. And if it was too tight that she is a seamstress and she would of fixed the dress. The owner said she signed for the dress so it must have been ok, in reality not knowing that something could have been done. In which she thought it is the day before the wedding so it was too late to fix the dress. The owner would make comments that as a mother I would never let her leave if the dress did not fit that I would have fixed it. Over all the owner lied about it all and did not take the time to fix the problem.

I visited this store in April 2014 to get sized for a tux for an out of town wedding. They were extremely helpful, thorough, and considerate at no charge. This was a nice surprise given I wouldnt be renting from them. Highly recommended.

My cousin is getting married November 3rd in Gatlinburg, TN. I went to her final fitting at Elegant Brides and I immediately felt welcomed my first time there. My cousins dress was perfect and she constantly talk about how her experience was everything she hoped for. The owner Dawnelle walked us through the bustle several times to ensure I had an understanding for the big day. She was very personable and was always available and approachable with any questions we had. Overall, her experience was amazing and would recommend Elegant Brides to any future bride.

After having a horrible experience else where my mom decided to make me an appointment here. I am so glad she did. As soon as you walk through the doors you are welcomed in by smiling faces. Dawnelle was so wonderful to me and extremely helpful with not only helping a picky girl find her wedding dress but also helping me figure out tuxes and a flower girl dress. I showed her a picture of my bridesmaid dresses and she knew exactly what kind of tux and flower dress to show me. She didnt make it seem like she was just trying to make a sale she honestly made me feel like we were friends. After I bought the dress she gave me and my mom a hug. She was the absolute sweetest. I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress.

Im sure its unusual to have a review for a Bridal shop from a man, but I am sick and tired of the heartache this store has caused my wife. My wife wont say a bad thing about anyone, but I hear her literally cry about the terrible alterations and customer service she received from Elegant Brides months after our wedding. She bought a beautiful dress and since it was a little big in the mid section she had alterations done by and recommended by the EB staff. After the first set of alterations the dress was butchered and altered incorrectly. Instead of fixing the issue the owner was disrespectful and pressured her to buy something else (an additional seatbelt or something to ensure the dress fit) that would supposedly fix her dress issues. Thousand dollars later she has an even more uncomfortable fitting dress and in her words ugly. If the EB OWNER would just listen to their customers instead of trying to create more issues that cost more money I would be writing a nicer review. If you or someone you know is dress shopping please look somewhere else.

My wedding dress shopping experience at Elegant Brides was definitely a positive one. I would strongly recommend working the owner Dawnelle or her helpful staff. She made it easy to find the right dress for me and have fun doing it. I tried some dresses on just for kicks and grins with her encouragement just to see the different styles. When I was there, I was well taken care of. She wrote down the styles I liked to take with me so I could take my time to decide. When I got back to her to place my order there were no surprises. Dawnelle was also able to give me advice on area venues and vendors having a better idea which ones her clients had been satisfied with or not in the past. Id say go to Elegant Brides if you want good business on top of a good wedding dress for sure.

Went in for an alteration on my dress, very last minute and without an appointment. Dawnelle was so incredibly helpful and personable. She made it feel like I was shopping with a friend, which is quite a feat considering I am probably the most awkward person ever. With her help I figured out how to cover some of my excess chest spillage, and she figured out the perfect veil that had some beads missing so she gave me replacement beads and sold it to me at a discount.After an awful, pressuring experience at Davids Bridal, I am so incredibly happy I decided to stop in and try one more wedding store. Theyre not all alike and this one is quite distinguished if only for the presence of Dawnelle.

Customer Service was AWESOME! Quality of my Bridesmaid dress however was AWFUL Cheaply made and Not properly fitted...I really want my money back the People of China would be EMBARRASSED that they Slapped a Made in China Tag on this RAGGEDY Dress

Love this place not sure why some people have issues. Customer service is great dresses are made great. Yes they come from China but all bridal does. Unlike other bridal stores they treat you more like a friend than just trying to sell u something and never see you again. I got my dress from them 12 years ago and still happily martied. Dawnelle the owner is great very personal. And the seamstress does an amazing job. We went to multiple places including frews and Davids was not impressed with customer service at all and Davids quality of their item for the price was terrible. I just got married on Saturday and I felt absolutely beautiful in my wedding dress from Elegant Brides. Everyone continued to comment on how stunning I looked in it and some even asked where I got it from. I received comments like I have never seen a more beautiful dress. In fact, neither have I ....I tried on one dress and decided this is the one...Dawnelle insisted I try on a couple more....just because this experience is only going to happen once and to ensure that what I chose is what I truly wanted. I tried on quite a few dresses after that and decided I was done. Until Dawnelle suggested just one more...I tried on my wedding dress and I started to tear up....I knew it was THE ONE!! Thank you so much Dawnelle for all of your help, support and great conversation. Also, every time I called to check in and make sure my girls were measured or picked up their dresses...Dawnelle was always happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Elegant Brides to any woman who is looking for a once in a lifetime experience...I will always look back and remember Dawnelle!! Thank you so much!!!
