I purchased two discontinued, hard-to-find Benchmade folders and my experience exceeded expectation. They had great communication, and called me immediately when a 3rd knife I was interested in was out-of-stock. The prices were fair, and had not been inflated for these hard-to-find knives. And the packaging was very careful and thoughtful -- over-padded and over-wrapped, so that the knives got to me in perfect condition. Thanks, AIK!

I sent an email about a couple Case knives in the middle of the night on a Saturday, not expecting an answer till Monday. In a couple hours someone responded. I made an offer on the knives and they accepted. Received them in a few days. Nice addition to my collection.

Just purchased my first knife (ProTech TR3 X1 M) and am very pleased with it, however, I’m more pleased with AIK and their level of service! Very quick to confirm order and shipping status, then called me directly when I gave a wrong number on CC. Knife was shipped and arrived quicker than I expected. AIK a will be my “go to” knife supplier!

I called the wonderful staff at Adams about a particular protech knife I was interested in and they happily confirmed it was in stock. They shipped the knife promptly and even signed and certified the package as well as boxed and then put in a bubble wrapped package. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase through them for great customer service and very fast shipping (two days from Illinois to Virginia is great in my book).I am a first time buyer, but I will be coming back for another knife in the future.

I recieved my first knife from Adams today.. Wow!! I am so glad I decided on this knife. I am 49 and Ive been collecting since I was about 14. Ive owned alot of special knives esp some old stuff. But Ive moved to hawaii back in about 95 and decided to sell my collection do to it being not that easy to take a large collection. I kept about 5. I recently moved to ohio to be closer to my mother almost a year ago. In the last year Ive packed in some nice pieces but nothing like this. I purchased a 9 campolin sicilian style with abalone and all custom filework. The abalone is so nice, thick and incredibly irradesent. The nickel silver bolsters just glow. But to top off an already beautiful campolin knife is the impeccable work from Adams. I was absolutely blown away. I delt with Barry whi I called before the purchase and asked about a 24hr hold. Gave him all my info. I paid for it on Thursday night at 1145pm. They sent it friday and I received it Monday. Well packed with paperwork and a nice case.This is the kind of customer service that makes someone come back.. and actually I really need a nice mother of pearl auto for.my collection..so I will be purchasing again Very soon..Thank you so much.FredCincinnati ohio
