Always has a nice selection of produce, meats, dairy (including goat and sheep milk which is very important to me. I have a grandson who can not have anything to do with cows milk.)And everything is clean including the bathroom.

Clean, organized, and somewhat friendly staff. The only reason I say somewhat friendly is because like any business you visit, sometimes you run into a friendly employee and other times you run into an employee who is counting down the minutes until their shift ends. I dont knock them for being that way, just felt as though I should mention it.What I like about this particular location is that they are now doing reusable grocery bags. I love that I really hope more grocery stores would do the same. Im definitely a green person and like to be environment friendly whenever I can (Electric vehicle, recycling, etc.) so any business who has similar interests is alright with me. Yes, I know this a grocery store franchise but every step counts.

Open late, tons of choices and varieties of everything I needed. Sushi selection is a little space but everything else was great. Friendly staff, I enjoyed getting my groceries here while travelling for work.

The customer service at the Edwardsville location is outstanding! I was in search of a hard to find bottle of bourbon (bottle was filled from a barrel the day my first child was born) and the liquor manager there helped me track one down. He went out of his way to help me and Im beyond grateful! He also does an amazing job with this locations overall stock and has a great selection! Thank you, happy to keep sending my business to Schnucks!

Beautifully laid out and well displayed merchandise. I hadnt been in this location since remodel. Amazing what they were able to do. Clean, well stocked. Only issue I had was cashier asked if I was able to find everything and I asked about a candy item. He said if we have it, should be in 12. Id looked there and was unable to find it. Who doesnt have Brachs candy corn in October?

The associates were extremely helpful & courteous on yesterday. I couldnt find the pint sized buttermilk as it wasnt were it typically placed. Upon flagging down the seafood guy who promptly left his station located a diary associate and they quickly found it. Great service!!!

They are very good with their distancing and COVID19 commitment and would have been awarded 5 stars from me if my cashier wasnt the GRUMPIEST and RUDEST person Ive met in a while. Her name tag was scratched off so I couldnt make out her name (I wonder why) but my receipt says her name was Katherine.

Not to busy this morning. Great job social distancing. I feel the one way aisles is a little excessive since the aisles are very wide anyway.

Absolutely horrible one employee decided to grab my shopping cart and tried to force me to check out when I was not finished shopping i never asked for her help and besides why was she touching my stuff to begin with there is COV 19 going around i totally was offended i spoke to the manager and asked for the situation to be addressed and he did not i feel i was being racially profiled

I have shopped almost exclusively at Schnucks for years. Today, as I got through with my shopping, I realized that I left my billfold at home. So I attempted to write a check. Because I had never written a check there before, I could only spend $100. My bill was $177. And I had $44 in Schnucks Rewards. (I don’t know what I had to spend in that store to get to $44 in rewards, but I’m sure a lot.) The store manager would not waive the additional 33 to allow me to pay by check. I do understand that there are processes they have to follow, but as a long-time customer I just found this really annoying. So I will be back to spend my &44 in Schnucks Rewards and will then shop with the competitor. Bummer. I really liked Schnucks.

They advertised whole pork loins, sliced free, but dont have a butcher in the store on Saturday afternoon to slice it. They just arent as good as they used to be.

I usually love schnucks... but today was not that day. I got lunch from the warm deli grilled chicken and green beans.... omg Ive been so sick since about 30 mins after I ate it. Im assuming bad chicken but aghhh.

Wow, didn’t expect their delivery service to be so much better than Aldis and Walmart’s. I got everything I wanted on the same day, less than 2 hours of ordering. I do love shopping there but sometimes need things from Walmart that Schnucks doesn’t carry but my husband and I have talked about switching to Schnucks. They have a great reward system that is pretty good too!

Went shopping 6/28/21 .Shelves were not stocked; cases of product on floor unattended; and seafood department closed. It was 10:15 am . No seafood was put out yet. Lights were off. Sign said department was supposed to be open at 10 am. Didnt look like a well run store. Mentioned the seafood department to cashier; the person just laughed it offNo help.

Something should be done about the drive thru line, blocking hotel guest from getting to the hotel.

Deli service was awful! Workers are talking too much & not working very quickly to assist customers right in front of them

I really can’t understand how a deli could be so slow. It is like this every time. Today, I put in my order, did my shopping, and still waited about 20 minutes after I was finished with the rest of my shopping to get my deli order. A total of 40 minutes until my order was finished. When I asked the lady at the counter if my order was coming up, as I had seen several other numbers past mine get completed, she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and said “it’s coming”. I like shopping here except the deli is consistently a terrible experience.

I came in to use your Change Counter and saw that you wanted 10.09% which is far too much. This is something the store should provide as a service My opinion, Thanks

My go-to grocery store. Fresh fruits and vegetables continue to get a lot of care at this store. My favorite apples--Braeburn and jazz are almost always available. No longer have to wait at the meat counter for special orders. The kiosk allows you to place your special orders, for multiple items, and the refrigerated case will hold your completed order to pickup by the time youre ready to check out. Schnucks seems to consider technology improvement that helps customers not only improve their business costs!

Always Fresh Bakery Goods. They bend over backwards to make you happy with your selection of their home baked goods !! Great sales on their bakery items too ! 😀

I am not a big shopper at schnucks, but I will tell you about the salad bar. any and everything you can think of is on this salad bar. It is kept fresh, it never disappoints me. I love the convenience of making my own salad.

Best selection of produce in Edwardsville. Good amount of organics. Prices are acceptable. Great deli. I want the meat counter to be a higher quality and the entire store to be more like the ones in West County. I wouldnt need to do some of my grocery shopping across the river.

I absolutely love Schnucks ! They have a huge assortment of products & produce. It is always clean and well stocked. The employees have not been very friendly as of late. They never speak to you first or offer their assistance unsolicited.

I really appreciate my neighborhood Schnucks. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly and they carry just about everything and the brands I like. Between the great specials and the rewards program I know I am saving!The kiosk for the deli, which is highly under used, is perfect for me to place my deli order for my Boars Head meats and cheeses. Then Im free to finish my shopping knowing my order will be ready when Im done.The cashiers are always friendly! My only recommendation would be to GET MORE BAGGERS!!!! Then Id give you a 5 star. I always feel bad for the cashier whose pulling double duty with a line of shoppers with full carts waiting to checkout.On a high note, thank you for the discounts on Wine Wednesday!

There must be new employees in the bakery. The by the slice cakes have been missing or just a couple sitting out. The Crostinis used to be really good but now theyre not putting enough spice on them, I bought 2 bags and ended up having to use butter and garlic salt on them.Love the store but the bakery needs some tweaking.

Recently remodeled, the store looks beautiful but they are still figuring out where to put things. Everything is kind of randomly placed and hard to find.

Shopping was good except girl at meat counter. So slow didnt ask how thick to cut lunch meatAnd so slow. The other workers were working a lot faster.

The selection and prices are great here. The store is clean and well organized, and even though Im new to the area I can always find everything I need. The service is always really nice too.

Shopped on Wednesday night, very few customers after 9:00, and thats the beginning of the sales that run thru the weekend, so they are well-stocked. Checkout and bagger folks were great, and I think thankful that I gave them something to do. 😉

Cashiers here are more friendly than the ones at the Edwardsville Walmart (though a few there have been really pleasant too. Paper bag option, small carts for people with low items, good selection, and not as expensive as Dierbergs.

Way too crowded all the time, not enough selection on meat. Mostly focused on the bulky gifts in front of the store and in entry way.

We just love the store. The produce is always abundant and a good selection. Worth the 20 minute drive.

I just watched a store manager just yell across the front at the employees. I believe they said her name was Jess, it seemed to really bother the cashiers and made shopping here really uncomfortable. I definitely will not be shopping at this location again.

Top notch staff!! If you want help, you wont be left with wandering the store. They are super nice, going out of their way. Service is A+ I was surprised to see all the healthy choices and gluten free section. Their sales are amazing-watch for that paper and their ecoupons. The specialty cheeses have the best prices I have seen. The bakery is great. I would highly recommend this store, especially if you want good customer service (best store in the area for that).

I grew up in this town, and schnucks has consistently offered the single worst grocery shopping experience in Edwardsville.
