Dropped off a package, two days later when the package did not show up in the tracking system I contact AIM Mail Center to see what happen, the man provided absolutely no help. Not his problem.I have shipped packages from the location for a number of years to help support local small business. That wont happen again. His attitude and service is horrible.

I normally dont leave bad reviews. I dont know the story, or maybe theyre having a bad or rough day.But this is what I will say. If you need something done, Mark can get it done with reasonable pricing.Bad news is that Mark also is an Anti-Mask, thinks the delta variant is not a real thing. It has happened to me several times that he has communicated his dislike of it. I cant support a business that will publicly downplay covid. Thus I will no longer be using this service. Really a shame.

I have been an extremely pleased customer of Marks for 10 years now. Very professional atmosphere and attitude. I would be lost without this small -town establishment. He treats the kids and I with extreme patience and respect.He also has a fantastic greeting card selection.

Without a doubt the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. I asked him for a receipt he told me I didnt need one I said Id like to have one he said he would have to charge me for a receipt. I told him I would just take it somewhere else and report him and he said theres no one to report him to. I just wish I could leave less than one star!

Ive used these guys about a dozen times. Theyve always been super helpful and polite. There has never been any issue with either service or the shipping.Theyve become my go to place to ship stuff.

The staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude. He was an older gentleman and was maybe a manager. I will never come back and would recommend anyone against it. I have never seen such disrespect for another person in my life.

I have used them several times and I am in and out very quickly. Plus live petting the dog that is always at the store.

Very disrespectful ! Needed to ship something to California and asked for pricing he rudely told me the price and then instructed me to ship it online or drive to collinsville. I drove to collinsville and got the best customer service dont waste your time
