WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!! My machine went out in the middle of a bonus and I called 7 times a technician never came out in the 5 hours I waited for him and the answering service was so rude and did nothing to help me but argue with me and tell me to wait ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Your company should not be in business If you can not properly run it !

J and J Gaming is an amazing company. Our account manager is Nicole, and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is super attentive, kind, patient and checks in every week, sometimes twice a week to make sure we are okay. I highly recommend J and J Gaming over any other gaming service.

Wish I could give zero stars. Been sitting in this place with $720.55 in the machine after a power outage and the technician can’t show any sense of urgency to come get the machine back on. Won’t be playing their machines ever again.

They are professional, efficient, and kind. The repairs and service are quick! I’ve never had such great service! I’m so very happy with my choice in switching to J&J! We at the Cottage Inn love J&J! We seldom have problems with anything, and should we, it is taken care of very quickly. All the employees and Gaming Reps are very knowledgeable and polite. No question is a stupid question. They even helped us prepare for the return of gaming by providing partitions and sanitizer for our patrons. J&J are number one in my book!

My wife and I have visited many places that have been taken over by J&J Gaming. weve noticed that the managers and owners seem to be much happier with J&J, the family operation seems to be a much better fit, not only for the businesses but for theyre customers as well. We know that this company is new to the local area but see great things happening in the near future, where as Tap Room had become stagnant and falling quickly in the gaming industry.

Been going to the same establishment for years.Recently....last six months or so, several of us regular customers have noticed this companies machines dont pay out like they use to.We go a block south or a couple blocks north...We atleast get a bonus spin once in a while.If you see the companies logo.....id AVOID their games and go some place where its atleast fun. I havent played here in three weeks....gave them a chance again....and lost.No wonder why im the ONLY one playing
