When we took delivery, Bryan dedicated 2 hours plus familiarizing us with the systems and features of our new GMC Sierra Denali. We could not have been luckier having an unfortunate breakdown on a long drive from Cincinnati to Kansas City about 2 miles from them in Effingham. We had a major engine issue due to a failed GMC warranty part. We barely made it here and they were the nicest most accommodating people you could ever hope for. They diagnosed the issue, had parts ready and fixed the car within a few hours. They even stayed over late to help us. Had us on our way and we made it to KC before midnight. This was my first experience with Russ Braunecker GMC. I needed new tires put on my Sierra and was referred here by a friend. A simple task yes, but I am somewhat particular with how my wheels are handled due to them being larger than average and factory painted. Logan Braunecker took excellent care of me from beginning to end without me ever stepping foot in the building due to my busy work schedule. I will go nowhere else but here for all of my services now.

The staff and service are great. I have been lucky. Every time I have called in to get my terrain serviced. I get Logan. She knows my name and the vehicle. She gets me a appointment. No hassle and knows that we like it picked up. Always feels good. To know they care.

Repairs to my GMC truck took over a month. Only offered a loaner vehicle for one weekend and I had to ask for it.

My warning light came on when I was on interstate that my tire was low so I immediately called service dept and they told me to bring it in at once after I got back in town. I did and with no appointment, they got me right in, found a screw in my tire and dealt with it on the spot. I couldnt be happier that they solved what could have been a dangerous issue. They had a large number of jobs that day if judging by their desk of papers, yet they took care of me asap. I am always satisfied with Brauneckers!!

They had the best deal in over 200 miles on a vehicle that I had been searching for. $2500 better and that was worth the drive. To top that off they gave me a fair appraisal on my trade-in the first time. No gimmicks or high pressure sales on the paperwork side. Friendly and helpful staff housed in a very nice facility. They have certainly made me a repeat and referral customer.

Overall I thought the vehicle purchase process was very seamless and efficient. The dealer was able to take all of our credit and application information over the phone, which saved time, and signing the necessary purchase documents went very quickly. Also, I thought the dealer treated me very fairly in regards to the trade-in value of my vehicle, which I had previously researched.

I had to update this because this team is awesome. After purchasing my used Ford Escape which the owner still remembers when he saw me recently, my sister was in the market for a similar car. She lives down south and was looking up cars at her local dealership. She found one but they gave her the run around. Basically they didnt have the car there. I found it here they gave me all the information I needed and when I explained what was going on for my sister they offered to send it down to the other dealership that day. It was strange, but I felt like a customer and not a target. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. My salesperson stayed after hours to meet with me and never rushed us into a decision. 20 days after the purchase, there was a malfunctioning part, and the dealership took care of it, no questions asked.

Oil change and a check of the truck as the transmission seemed to jrrk a little when coming to a stop. The vehicle was checked throughly and found no problem. But they did explain what was happening.
