If you are looking to upgrade or buy a new device, go see Audrey at Russell Verizon. She was very knowledgeable, explained why most Samsung phones were on back order, had everything completed and transferred to my new phone within 20 min and was very nice and courteous. She made the monotonous process of searching for and upgrading very easy! Thank you Audrey, GREAT JOB!

She helped me get everything sorted and put the protective screen cover on for me and took the time to smooth out the bubbles. She was also working with someone else on the second day I needed to go in, I think his name was Matthew. But he was very kind and also made sure I had all my questions answered. Hands down the best Verizon in Effingham. Bianca is awesome. She helped us today and did not mind staying past 5 to help not only us but another customer that got there before 5. She has always went over and beyond for me every time I go in or call. She takes however long it takes and is always patient and kind.

I had a BIG problem with my phone. Myra helped me beyond my expectations. She spent several hours fixing my problem I had partially created, put me in a new phone and even a new watch. She swapped ALL my apps and pics and stuff to my new phone and made sure I was 100% set up a ready to go. Great experience especially after getting no help and a bad attitude from the Verizon guy down the road in the Flying J truck stop. Thanks Myra for saving the day for me.

Love this store. Always clean and fully stocked! Employees are always knowlegeable about their products and plans. I have never been asked at this store if i bought my phone here, like the other store in town. Will do my phone business here for as long as the doors are open. I would give more stars if it were possible

Very rude employees and very snotty!Out of the 6 times Ive been in there since they opened, only ONE of those times was a pleasant experience! Thats very pathetic and sad, not to mention an embarrassment to the Verizon name...they need to hire employees that are friendly and respectful, before they lose ALL their local customers. Tried to activate a used phone they wanted to change $25 to switch from existing verizon phone to new phone

Slow service at times-but other then that quality service and employees

They were knowledgeable of the products and very helpful. It is sometimes understaffed on weekends, however, I am sure it is difficult to predict proper staffing. I plan on going in for my fourth visit today.

Where is the -5 star button!!!!!!will be calling the manager tomorrow, phone screen it messed up on a reman. phone, and the lady working today took the phone (didnt inspect it) looked my info up and said Verizon done replaced once before so there is nothing we can do! Als Wireless is where i have always done business but they was extremely busy today 4/7/18, so i sought else where and regretted it! Called Verizon once i got home, guess what i have replacement from VERIZON coming Tuesday!!! if you want poor rude customer service and wasted time, Russells is the place to go and talk to Lexi!!!!

Was directed to customer service over the phone to assist in activating a prepaid phone. The phone rep was completely lost. Waste of time.

I stopped in at this store today. I was helped right away and my problem was fixed immediately. I hesitated to go there because of the reviews, but I am really glad that I did. They did a great job.

Other places just say we dont have a cover for that phone. She said no, but I think the G4. Cover may fit, it fit like a glove. I Bought four covers, that young lady knows her stuff.

One person working. Chatted more about personal stuff than helping customer. Sat for over 30 minutes with another customer in front of us who was there when we walked in. We wanted to start a Verizon plan but thinking differently now.

Went there to get a new phone and waited patiently for almost 2hrs because of the sale going on just to have them let people go ahead of me that just walked in. Apparently they make appointments and didnt tell the people sitting there patiently waiting. I will deal with Als at least everyone stands in line and knows whats going on.
