Did a great job on my necklace, cleaning, and repairing it.

Went in today to browse with my husband. He was looking for a gift for ms fod our 20th Anniversary. Woman working was busy, so we waited. When it was our turn, she started off rude. I let it slide at first. Her second rude comment, we walked out of the door. She lost a big sale today, and commission. We will.not be back.

Really take care of their customers. Went in to have a semi annual inspection of our Zales wedding rings and my husbands diamond fell out. We were just passing through. They sent it out for repair got it back and overnighted it back to us. It was flawless they did a great job.

They were so helpful and helped my husband pick out the perfect ring. 10/10 would recommend. Also they are a fun bunch!!!! Thank you girls for everything!!

My sister went into this store to have her necklace repaired and was treating very disrespectful and rude.The store manager Rachel likes to snatch things out of employees hands and make snarky little comments on whether or not a piece of jewelry has stones in them or not.Not even inspecting the jewelry first. I have spoken to Corp on this matter 3 times now and hope like hell Rachel no longer has a job with this company. I spend A LOT of hard earned money at Kays. I expect my family and I to be treated better

Disappointed. Website said store opened at 10 a.m. I was there at 5 after. Only to find out they would t be open until 11 a.m. I did not wait around because I had other things I had to do. Website should be updated.
