Almost $400 later my electrical problems were still there. When I got home I realized that they had torn up the trim in order to easily access the wiring. Rather than remove it professionally they just pulled it out of the way crumpled up my headliner and damaged the gasket around the windshield. No easy fix and Im stuck. This shop is dirty unprofessional, unsophisticated electrically and the idea of customer service alien.

Great experience with having a car starter rebuilt. Scott was able to identify the problem quickly, rebuilt it in a timely manner of 2 days (I stated wasnt in a rush), & when I put the starter on my old car it felt as strong as ever. Very reasonable on the price as well, quoted me $90, charged me $85. Will definitely recommend & will use Auto Air Marine Electric again when needed.

Been here numerous times and always get treated great. Fair with prices and they know their electrical. Last time I went in was to connect a new trailer electrical connector for my Lexus 470. I had been quoted by others that it would take up to two hours shop time to trace the wiring and rewire it. They dropped what they were doing and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Charged me $20. Now thats customer service at its best.

Was referred to Scott because the electric hatchback wouldnt open. Unfortunately he was not able to help my Mitsubishi but couldnt have been more friendly and professional. Offered other suggestions. Too bad because he was like half the price that Im going to have to pay at the dealership. I highly recommend Scott. Nice guy and very honest!

Scott is straight forward. When he trouble shoots your vehicle he doesnt play the expensive game of trail and error on your dime. If he cant pin point the problem at the time hell figure out another way. Hes honest and super fair. He had my truck for a few days didnt charge me a dime. Its one of those electronic mysteries that will eventually show its face in time.

My project manager asked me why I didnt argue about the price like I do everyone else? I told him because these guys are so professional I trust them! I never question the price! Fair, professional and courteous! they dont get any better than this.... fact!!!
