They are amazing! I was not going to use them for another week or so because I wasn’t quite sure when I will get paid but course my mind wasn’t thinking that I have my credit cards LOL which they do take so it saves me time! So when I asked them they came out the next day and was able to replace my front windshield that cracked a week ago! Very efficient! Very courteous! very friendly! And the job is very well done! And they come to your place of residence and fix your window right there Which was a plus for me! I would definitely recommend this company their prices our very good!The pictures below are a before and after!

I was in need of a repair fast and searching around Zico gave me a good quote to replace my rear glass on my Subaru wagon but later the same day he let me know it would be about 40 dollars more, which was fine for me since he gave me the lowest quote compared to other glass spots but then my optimism began to spiral after this. We scheduled a time for the next day where I set my time aside and waited only to find out that it wouldn’t be done til tomorrow (today) and again today he lets me know that my glass wouldn’t be ready (after assuring me twice before that it would be) and at this point I can’t afford to set my car aside I need to fix it and use it. He stood me up twice already and I’m very disappointed with the communication and lack of service. The reviews were positive and I was expecting the same outcome but if you’re a prospective customer be warned that Zico’s word and promises to provide quality service should be taken with a grain of salt.- Then has the audacity to text me not to leave bad reviews.... this should be enough to inform customers of the character behind the company.
