Called to ask for spark plugs and was rudely told that they were too busy to look up my part. I will let everyone know that this location is not worthy of their business. I hope that they would train their staff better in customer service.

Make sure you get the right part for your vehicle before you leave the store. We had to make a trip back to the store when the part they gave us didnt fit. Keep your receipt. They will exchange the part but its not an easy thing to do. Otherwise, customer service is decent.

I came across town to see if perhaps this auto zone had a few more folks to help with my questions. Its hard if they are busy (any not specific)and only have one person working. There is just too much for one person. So I did get valid help add to the other on products I might need. The woman was nice and didnt look at me like I might be wasting her time, I appreciate that.

Its a great thing that the AutoZone stores have free diagnostics for ur vehicles. I just needed a new thermostat but at least I didnt have to go to an auto mechanic and get charged for the diagnosis & the repair. $16.99 & I was on my way. Great deal.

Great service, Aaron explained how to use the tool to check it, then explained the parts I needed and what they do in the car.Turns out I had replaced the part a fees years ago and was still under warranty! If he hadnt helped I would have been out a few hundred dollars, going somewhere else.Only bad thing was there was a bit of a wait, its smaller then most stores, but that gives it a real personal feel.

Good value and convenient.Store employees make it hard to pay in cash! Have to go to a special register and then if the price were, say $25.43 and you gave then a ten a twenty and 46 cents change(by mistake)... they would give back two pennies and then ring up transaction and give back $4.99!! -- sound crazy, but I ended up with MORE pennies than I had tendered!!

Needed new battery, tried ordering online but website would not take my credit card, gave up after 3 tries and called this store. Employee took my info and card number. Went to pick up battery, only had to sign credit card screen. I was charged for battery and core charge, but I didnt get a receipt. The battery did have my info on a printed slip. When I returned the next day with the core I couldnt get the core charge refunded because I didnt get a receipt. The employee said that the manager would have to straighten it out when he comes in the next day. I did see the charges on my bank account and then disappear for two days, then reappear for the battery and core charge. They just flat out stole my core charge. The manager never did call me and my calls are to no avail.

Its the place to go for most of my auto needs. The staff at this location are extremely helpful thanks guys

Worst manager out of any Autozone, would not return a brand new brake caliper bough the day before because it had grime on it and claimed that he could not return it even after the fact the caliper was faulty.

Called this morning and talked with Jim about wiper blades for my daughters Honda Civic. He was very friendly and helpful...looked up the exact ones she needed and quoted me a price over the phone. When my daughter went in, they even installed them for free. Have been to this Auto Zone in the past and have always received great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their auto parts needs.

Am I the only one with problems at this location. Last time I went they couldnt test my battery because the machine wasnt working. When I left the guy went outside and tested someones elses battery. Today I bring my battery in to get charged and I come back to pick it up the dude never put it on a charger. This is by far the worst autozone I have been to.

Terrible service. Girl behind the counter chatted on the phone with a customer while I stood there. And another customer standing as well. If that wasnt that enough she was chewing sunflower seeds and spitting them out right in front of the customers. My wife returned 2 days later to the same type of badd service. Rather location isnt Asbad

So far so good. Have Not failed me yet. They almost did the other day. Until a guy that actually new what he was talking about jumped in. He saved them a 1 star review

THANK YOU to TIM and the other sales tech.My family and friend thank you very deeply for your help at such a difficult time.Please Read...My buddy and I drove his SAAB 9-3 from Detroit to San Diego as he got a job there. Everything went smooth for the past 4 days as we drove cross country then the transmission cooler line adapter to the radiator started leaking fluid and left us stranded across the street from this Autozone right before it got dark.We walked to this place and explained the sales tech our situation. We had no tools, were 3000miles away from home and needed an adapter to connect the trans line to the radiator. Turns out no adapter is avail for these model and the whole radiator would need replacement - the problem was it would take 3 days to ship and cost $500+ .The sales tech named Tim (Or Timmy) was wise enough to entertain my idea of bypassing the radiator and installing an external trans cooler on the go (I work on cars as a hobby). He knew what I was talking about and immediately started to search for things I needed through the aisles. He helped us buy a jack-stand, the proper trans fluid, search light, clamps, blade and some additional tools to cut and install new lines.He understood we had no other help and was kind enough to let us borrow some old tools they had and allowed us to use the parking lot in the back of the building where there was light and away from other businesses to install the trans cooler.Knowing we would be working on the car even after they closed, the sales techs trusted us with their tools and told us to leave them by the backdoor after hours(they had our info regardless cause we used a debit card).We completed the trans cooler install, cleaned everything up and left the tools where they told us. We were able to drive the car back with no issues and even had a shop the next morning check the installation and external cooler with no issues. The mechanic said the cooler was a great idea and seemed to be of good quality.I cant be thankful enough to this place and Tim. My friend and I both believe we got lucky to have ran into this store.Thank you for helping and being kind to us. All you had to do was say NO but instead you decided to help us out and got us back on the road..and that we will not forget.

Helpful but if you need a part they dont have, go to E and M on Main St close to greenfield, they can get it for you in a short time and its only a few dollars more

Each time i need something they have it in stock. Wouldnt hurt to hire more employees. Wait times could go down, strongly discourage cutting wait times and sacrificing stellar customer experience.

Called to confirm they had a part I needed. Was confirmed. When I arrived the woman behind the counter started with insisting I never called. After proving I had indeed called, I was told that not only did they not have the part, but she indicated she thought I would mis-use the part for criminal activity. Talk about insulting! Went to an Orillies later in the day and had no issues whatsoever. Speaks volumes of that employee ( seriously... fire her and hire someone who knows at least what you have and knowing what a lug nut is would help too... ridiculous to work in an auto-parts store and not know what a lug nut is....) and the store. Am boycotting this location until staff changes are made. I see other reviews complaining about (assumedly) the same woman so listen up!

Very small store with a limited selection but otherwise a great store with great customer service.

They helped me with their OBD2 scan tool and I was able to get the part I needed.

Worst Auto Zone in the area. Their parts drivers park in handicap stalls without a permit. I told hin he could not park there, the driver said he could because he worked there and if I did not like it I could talk to his manager. When I went to go inform the manager, the manager said he is not my driver and I am not his manager. I would not recommend this store at all until they replace the staff.
