I went in for service and a nice young man said I think I know the problem. To save gas the car shuts itself down at a light then restarts itself when your ready to go. I cant stand that feature. I shut it off everytime I get into the car. Thanks so much, sorry I forgot his name. Good guy tho.
This is the second time of bad experience in this place. First one was year ago. Was waiting with scheduled appointment 45 minutes just to drop off my car which took 5 minutes with service advisor. Picked up was the same the man was walking around to bring my car for 30 minutes after I paid and take care of all paperwork.2 days ago I call and ask if they have availability for appointment for our van, the guy on the phone said yes bring it today at 12 15 . We was there about 12 05 this but service advisor was on lunch. So someone else take care of us, it was not that long like last time. On the and of the day I text and ask how’s my car doing. He said the don’t have time for my car so maybe tomorrow. Okay . I call on the end of the next day and guess what. He said there pretty busy of there so maybe next week? What? I had appointment, I need car for work and he told MAYBE next week. I was really upset. Service advisor name is Bryan . Today we came to pick up our van to take different dealership . We came there no one on the front desk, there is one service advisor on place busy with people that was 11 pp o’clock. Hopefully Brenda come out and help us, she was really nice . Also she went to bring our van because there is no worker over there. I really appreciate her help. Very nice person with nice attitude. She know how to work with people. Thanks Brenda

My service rep was great got me in and out took really good care of me use to go to MB of Escondido but for now on I will go to El Cajon instead.
They still offer water for anyone to grab and/or regrab and I did not see any hand sanitizer for the public to use, only for the employees. You would think they would offer this.Plus they are not doing car washes.

They matched Kearney Mesas prices for brakes. A difference of almost $100 dlrs. Service dept is in the gift shop and gal was helpful. No wait. And the coffee bar is always a plus. High quality here.

Their ok but the customer service is a hit or miss depending on whos working. You can tell the old timers who take pride in this company vice the newer employees. They do good services and offer brand new loaners while your car is being serviced...upon request.

I had an appointment at 9am took my Mercedes in they told me 2 1/2 hrs to get my car back....i randomly call around 2:40 of my car was ready and i was told they havent even touch my car.I am not sure if this is how they help us the customers...I am very disappointed and mad i wasted all day couldnt do nothing on a busy 24th ...for nothing..🤨I will give this dealer another chance hope next visit is (((alot))) better
