Bought a shift controller for my Maytag washer it had the correct part number for my.model and serial number. The part looked different than the one I was replacing, the lady said it was a newer updated version Then she told me if it is the wrong part they would not refund my money but if it was defective they would. She assured me that all the information was correct and the part was the correct part I installed it and it did not work, got the error code for faulty shift controller. I took it back and a different lady would not refund my money. She needed me to get her the serial number again so she could return it for the company to get a refund but said I could only get another one. So I took it, it doesnt work either. Never do business with a place that will not give a refund.I got one from Amazon that does work.So I would recommend just ordering from Sears or Amazon, the will both take returns and give a refund.

Super friendly and always have the parts

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a problem with microwave torsion spring. There is a left and a right and the part was labelled incorrectly. They were out but the counter lady phoned the closest office and had them pull the part so she could make sure it was the right one before having it sent. Great service and with a smile!

No returns on electronic products! Read the fine print before you buy.

Seems to be well stocked store with simple things, but amazon is a better choice for the parts, and its more convienent it seems this place has to order everything from outside vendors and avgerage time is two weeks . kinda lame.and double the price of amazon as well. This seems to be another case of old time businesses succumbing to the corporate wolves.

Part broke on my maytag washer called and they did me right. Got me the part we needed and picked up Saturday right after my kids soccer game. Truly living the dream. Building is rough on the outside but dont let that fool you. Plenty of parts inside to get for you appliance. Need parts in a jam? Recommend checking them out, might just be able to get what you need.

The worst experience I ever encountered I ordered a part for my washer never heard from them I called 2 days later for them to tell me it was never ordered I would not recommend this company for parts better off ordering on Amazon and get what u ordered I tried to support a local company o well
