Store faces H St. Great selection of costumes. Accessories and decorations. Came in twice this week. Friendly and helpful staff. Yes can be expensive. At this stage days before Halloween you may not find your size.

Mediocre product selection, very overpriced compared to other online options and even more established locations such as Party City. Employees dont seem to feel like working there and have little knowledge of their own store. Their pin-pad broke halfway through a few transactions and the manager didnt care. Be sure to bring cash so you dont have to wait an hour to buy your items!

There will be a sign across the street of the mall and it will be empty. It will lead you to the actual store which is just about 5 more down by the dental place.The place that is empty has a sign but because it used to be located there and now it has moved a little further down..

Awesome selection of costumes/accessories and store associates are very helpful with any needs you may have!!!!! Best Halloween store ever!!!!

While it’s a one stop place and the staff would offer help, I didn’t find what I was looking for and it was a bit too pricy. I found my child’s costume at jcp at roughly half the price and found the specific costume I was looking for.

I was going to buy a costume but it had a rip and when I showed the girl the rip she was like oh what rip she played dumb after I showed her how big it was...she was like oh, thats not that big all I can give is 10 percent off. I didnt want a discount, I wanted a new one but after she played dumb I just left.....irl provided the worst customer service

Really overpriced, disorganized, and crowded. The customer service is horrible on top of all that.

The place literally smells.....And its not any cheaper than party city.
