When I needed parts for my rolling security gate I called Randy. He came out to my place, told me what I needed, ordered it and I got it right away. Gate fixed with minimum of fuss. I highly recommend APS overhead door.

I used APS once in the past and had a good experience with them. However, this time was not the case. First, APS promised to show up on Saturday. Never showed, never called, never returned phone messages I left. Then, when I call again on Monday, APS answers, but never apologizes. I decide to give him one more chance (big mistake) so we schedule service for that day at 2:30. At 2:40, I call him (he hasnt called) and he says hes going to be late by about 45 minutes. I asked him why, especially after Saturday, he hadnt contacted me, and he said, he was about to. We had also talked about a price for two new remotes. I gave him the model number we used and he quoted me a price. However, when he finally arrived 45 minutes late, he brought another remote model (which sells for $10 cheaper than his quote on Amazon). The guy obviously believes its ok to inconvenience people by having them sit at home and wait for him on a holiday weekend, and obviously believes its ok to bait and switch equipment (giving a price for one model and then bringing another, much cheaper model). Also beware that there is a service call and a labor charge (the service call is not credited as it is with other companies).
