The Miracle Ear in El Cajon has been a life changer for my grandmother, she was struggling to hear in her older age and a friend recommended this company and location. The staff there could not have been any nicer and informative about their product. They set her up with their hearing aids and have made fine tuning adjustments that have made everyday hearing for her a “miracle”!

My mother received her first hearing aids years ago, at the Fletcher Hills location. Not only is the location convenient, but the staff are all wonderful. Angeline has been caring for her since day 1, she is amazing, compassionate, very professional and knowledgeable. She takes care of my mom and tailors to her needs and wants. I highly recommend her, she truly cares about her patients, and wants the best for them all. She is the absolute best, we love her!

Ive developed a ringing in my ear, tinnitus, and went in for a hearing test. It was a very smooth process and they clearly explained what to expect during the hearing test. Then they made it easy for me to understand the test results. I came away with a much better understanding of my hearing condition, and it was actually a very pleasant experience!

I did not realize how much I needed hearing aids and the staff there was extremely helpful in educating me and suggesting the correct hearing aids. Angeline is very knowledgeable about the entire hearing aid new customer process and made me feel comfortable. Kathy in the front office helped me handle all the paperwork and scheduling and was very thorough. As a senior citizen, these things are very important. I am the niece and caregiver for my 91 year old aunt. Angeline Medawar at the El Cajon Miracle-Ear office, was the first to evaluate my aunts hearing and introduce us to hearing aids. The hearing aids my aunt has now use the Inductive Charger. This charger has been a game changer. The hearing aides are fully charged and ready for use whenever we need them and NO BATTERIES!!! Angeline has been fantastic in helping us maintain the equipment and supporting us throughout our hearing aid journey.

But what makes Miracle Ear stand out is the quality of the staff, starting with the receptionist--Kathy Boyles-- and continuing with the professional staff--Angeline Medawar. The service goes well beyond the ordinary with both staff members wanting to be helpful in any way they can. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I couldnt be any more pleased with my experience there.

3/1/17 -I called Kathy Boyles at Miracle Ear about my right earpiece. It had a seam I had never been aware of & this came apart as I was about to put it on. Fortunately I realized there was a large hole & the little pieces inside were visible. Kathy got me an immediate appt. with Angeline Medawar. She was able to spend a LOT of effort and fixed it right there so it did not have to be sent out for repairs. I was so grateful and there was no charge. I bought them at Miracle Ear about 7 yrs.ago.
