We learned about Denny from a friend who had done business with him for the past 20 years - and she was spot-on with her recommendation! These are professionals in the world of vacuum cleaning and more. He diagnosed our problem and recommended a new unit to instal for our house. It was no hassle and no problem! Im one of those guys who can fix almost anything or at least think they can! So when the wifes Kirby would not run I started tearing it apart.Big mistake! I got it apart but no way could I put it back together. They are not like a normal vacuum. So in I went with a basket of parts?? These guys put it back together for a most reasonable price! Plus the next time i had a problem they fixed it for free!! Nice place that stands behind their work!! I highly recommend!!!!!

My carpet shampoo machine was repaired and cleaned 6 days earlier than promised for a reasonable price. When I picked it up I learned how to operate it properly, as well as a lot of other useful information. Most other shops are Sew & Vac type places, but this one is the real deal vacuum specialist. I definitely recommend them - they are awesome!

WOW took my vacuum in for repair. After repair used it today. Better than new told me what to do to keep it rinning like new. Will be back for tune uo next yea. Great price also..

Denny the owner is very professional and easy to work with. I took three different lamps in for repair and each one was repaired in the time quoted. All of the work was well done and affordable. I will definitely be back if I need another lamp repaired, or a new vacuum ! Highly recommend!

The place is not going to be fancy shiny with brand new stuff and a Salesman coming out. If you are looking for somebody that is extremely knowledgeable and is able to fix and repair your vacuums then this is the place to go. If you are looking for a brand new shiny vacuum and a Salesman to tell you all the things that you need to know about this vacuum you dont need to buy do not bother going to the store. Just because its not shiny and new from the outside do not shy away. They do appear to be a little busy, I was told it would be about a week to get an estimate for repair.

Just came here after researching vacuums for a month for high pile ultra plush carpet. I was having a hard time picking a vacuum, and had no idea there are vacuum stores around. I spoke with Denny about my needs, and he was very helpful. The store is small, nothing fancy, and a little packed, but who cares. After deciding on a vacuum, at the counter I commented how hungry I was and that I hadnt eaten, and he went and grabbed me a protein bar that he keeps around (happened to be the best protein bar I ever had). He didnt seem irritated by my kids who were being a little loud, and my wife was pleased as well. Because of his helpfulness, I didnt even bother going home and trying to find a better price online. This place is amazing!! For a girl who loves to vacuume this place is a dream. Denny took the time to go over everything with me, showing me exactly how my new machine works. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my silly questions. Its just a little ma and pa shop, but so refreshing to have such quality service. Thats something you dont get often these days.

I brought vacuum bags for my Kirby a couple of years ago. My experiance was so fantastic I instantly thought of this place today when I realized I need some repairs to my Kirby Vacuum. Super honest guy!! I trust him.

I had my bissell crosswave about one year before it started shutting off mid-use. I brought it to A-Discount to have it checked out. It was ready in about a week. When I went to pick it up, Eddie showed me what had been wrong with it, told me how to prevent further issues and even tested it out for me on the shop floor before I took it home.I’ve just used it for the first time after having picked it up and works better than when I first took it out of the box! I’m super impressed with the quality of work. He even cleaned up the outside of the machine. It looks new again, and I think that’s a really professional and personal touch.

Reasonable repair prices & Denny gave very specific instructions on the care of my machine ... so glad we found this place!

Yeah, just as a suggestion, if youre not going to be any cheaper than anyone else, I would recommend having a better attitude towards your customers. I was apparently an inconvenience as soon as I walked in the door. Poor attitude when I asked for a vacuum part, poor attitude when I asked questions. Ill just go to Sew Pro up the street from you and not waste your time from now on.

Excellent service. Great selection of vacuums. Vasr amount of parts on hand and can order almost any part for any vacuum. If they cant get it, no one can.

Had someone go in to see if they could fix a toggle switch on my shop vac; she was told they dont sell individual parts and we should just buy a new one. When she told me that I looked online and found a replacement part from the manufacturers in about 1 minute. Seems dishonest to say you cant get a part when I found it for $3 online from the manufacturers website.
