Actually, it doesnt worth it to give even 1 star to this store. I couldnt imagine there are this kind of stores in CA. The worst store with the worst policy, I mean they dont really have a policy. So, if you get something, you just stuck with it, or you have to waste the same amount of you purchase to exchange it for something you dont even need or want. This is just ridiculous. I called to talk to the owner Dany, she was rude and unprofessional. She didnt offer something reasonable. I asked her: So basically, you force me to waste $70 for something that I wont use? She said yes. OMG!!!! I talked to a lawyer, unfortunately, the State of California doesnt regulate this kind of stuff, and it is all up to store. I am just freaking out of this unfair situation. Of course it was my fault in the first place to not look up the reviews and not to go there. I really hope someone will read the reviews before going there and will change his mind. By the way, items are very cheap, but cost very expensive I have no idea why. Terrible material, look, service, fitting rooms, like, everything!!!! Just dont walk in this store ever!!!! Jeez.....

I wish if I can put 0 star to this place/ I will never ever give them any star, they dont have customer service experience they are rude and not a professional in dealing with customer/ the Indian lady there so rude and discriminate me and my friend, she was also yelling on my friend and she threatened us to call the mall security because the children were playing and also she had a child abuse sense, I will highly not recommended to anyone.
