Pool and jacuzzi has been closed since we moved here over 6 months ago. Cars drive way too fast up our hill seems unsafe for my kids to play in the street with the other kids. Rent is over $1600 for us after we bought the house. And I really dont see any other amenities that we use. People complain about absolutely everything. Our guests cant even park anywhere near our house. When I let my friend and her baby use my space in the drive way when it was raining and my car got written up to be towed and labeled with a giant orange sticker saying to be towed the next day because Guest Parking NOT for Residents. That just doesnt seem right. Then both my vehicles were vandalized in my carport in the daytime on Saturday Morning.Our kids are not allowed to get Jumpers on their birthday not even in our yard, in the park or at the clubhouse or unused shuffle board court. The wifi is impossible here too. Cox would not install service and At&t said we could only email with their service. We would have to get satilite if we wanted wifi. I think it is way pricey but we do have a nice view of the mountians.

I purchased a 2019 home here last year. It is very quiet here for a family park. I also thought rent was high here until I looked at other sites. Old homes have been moved out therefore there are open sites. Varying sizes. Since I have been here 5 new homes have come on-site. Pool and clubhouse do need updating.

Friendly management. Have really been working hard and have been understanding about late rents due to the impact of Covid 19.

Stay clear of this mobile home park!! Years ago it used to be one of the nicest parks in East County. Now it is one of the worst! The absorbent space rent is well over $1300 a month. They take large rent increases each year causing Financial hardships on property owners, forcing them to either relocate their home or lose their home all together. This park is a good percentage empty. It is absolutely reprehensible what the park owners have done to the park residents and to the park itself. Its a shame that the owners have been allowed to act in the way that they have and destroyed lives. I am ashamed to live in the neighboring park down the road.

Ive seen a lot of reviews here about the complaints regarding the rent and its deeply concerning. Since I just moved in its hard for me to get a feel about the rent but Im sure as time goes my my feelings may change.As far as the amenities, I havent used them that much. I noticed that they do have a pool, albeit small, and Ive heard they had a jacuzzi. I noticed the laundry room and it was very small.The park is pretty well clean, well kept and well maintained. The neighbors all seem quiet and the place is very quiet at night. Did I say the park looks clean? It sits on a hill so you do get an overlook of Glenview if youre lucky.Its hard to recommend this place though because of the lack of amenities and the complaints of high rent. If they used the rent to put back into the community in the form of bigger pools, larger laundry rooms, an community center for residents, etc, Id be more inclined to give it a higher rating.Hopefully the rent doesnt drag this rating down because I do enjoy the peace and quiet, clean, friendly neighborhood.Update November 2019: Ive been here for a little over a month now. This is just an updated review on things.I noticed that the community is well kept with Landscaping and maintenance. The maintenance guy always seems to be out repairing any faults in the community. And Ive also seen contracted Landscaping here quite a bit. Im very happy to see that management takes really good care of the community grounds.The neighbors seem pretty friendly. And the community is very quiet. In fact I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for some sort of peace. The community is quiet during the day and also at night.I havent noticed any suspicious Behavior or trespassers in the community. Im glad the community has a cul-de-sac sort of design. This community feels very quiet and very safe.I have heard of equipment being stolen from someones truck here. So you still cant leave all your belongings out in the open. Belongings and personal equipment are not totally safe as robberies still occur in this community.

This park charges as much as $2,000 per month for some spaces, but cant offer a working jacuzzi? There are lots of nicer parks with way cheaper space rent and much better amenities.

I dont recommend people to buy a Manufacture Home or move here. If you buy... you can not take a second on your house. The space Rent is too high.. 34 pages of draconian policies. They just lost a law suit against 84 residents. 47 negative policies that hurt people. This is not a 3.7 rate place. A negative 5.00!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. My friends pay over $2000 a month there and the place looks like a war zone. It is less than 1/3 full. The owners are not putting any $ back into it. Stay away!!!

This is a family oriented mobile home park. It has a nice park and pool.

The rent is too hi for the market and the amenities are non-existent. The park is half empty and looks blighted because of all the empty spaces. The neighbors are nice.

This place has some of the best lots around when it comes to view and size but there has been a lot of controversy about how much was being charged for rent. They were very expensive.

I used to work as an Administrative Assistant for this company and they are currently being sued by more than half of the residents for various reasons. They’re not winning and the residents are going to win millions so if I was you, I wouldn’t do business with a company involved in litigation. Not the smartest choice!

Nice place high space rent with lots of power issues
