It was my first time ever purchasing a gun. The man who helped me did amazing. He took the time to show me several different guns. Let me get a feel of it and even gave me some pointers. He took his time and did not try to push me into a higher priced gun. Absolutely great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a firearm. Also side note they have fishing gear as well.

Been buying from R&M for over 21 years. Ronnie always attempts to support his customers needs. All his crew know their guns and can either advise or simply support the customer in making purchase choices. I know for a fact that Ronnie stands behind every item he sells. Great place to visit. I have always felt I got a good deal on my purchase and can depend on him standing by what he sells.

These guys are the best and KNOW their stuff. Don’t judge a book by its cover I enjoyed doing business with them! Usually when I go somewhere men can be super rude ... but they were polite and professional.

They answered all my questions and provided great advise. The owner and his staff have your best interest in mind. Horrible customer service. I had phone call with the owner and I was simply trying to get a quote for how much a handling fee of a pistol would be and he hung up on me. Really pathetic.

R&M Firearms has a very knowledgeable Team. Not once have I felt unwelcome in their shop nor have I ever been unsatisfied with their quality of work or customer service.They are friendly to all and support our men & women in the Military as well as our Peace Officers.I have been a customer of theirs for over a decade.

Rude staff! My wife, my 80 year old father and I stopped in there today. The staff couldnt be bothered to even acknowledge our presence, let alone offer to show us any of the pistols we were interested in. They were happy to sit back and shoot the bull with their buddies though!

I’m from out of town, several states away. I work at a local sporting goods store so I have experience with the industry. I was greeted and asked for help as soon as I walked through the door. Nice, clean place with a good gun collection, archery section, ammo and an NFA section. They also have gun smithing services as well. The owner was talkative and knowledgable. I ended up coming back before my trip was over to buy a gun from him. Overall it was a pleasant experience at R & Ms.

Ive been doing business with R&M since 2010 and theyre a top notch outfit. Dean helped set up my NFA trust and has been very helpful with all of my NFA purchases. Mark, gunsmith, has built two full blow custom rifles for me and worked on several family heirloom guns for me. As long as the doors at R&M are open thats where Ill do my business.

This company is a family owned business and does not deserve to be bashed because you are STUPID and CHEAP. I think you were a little embarrassed about the answer you received and thought to yourself, “I’ll get them! I’ll be cool and put a bad review on their website!” Why not be an adult? Keep your stupidity to yourself and just not return! That is what a smart person would do! FYI

I need to pay more attention to how many reviews gave stars and not because they have high numbers. Reason for saying that because I stop here because they had a high number star but only 14 people gave it a rating ..so if I would of caught that I wouldn’t of wasted my time stopping here. This place one gun Smith is rude and the other Smith one just follow his lead. So my first built and for trying to be cheap and not buy the tools for it and watching a YouTube guy Recommend vice grips to put in the bolt catch pin . I broke it half way in because I got tire and thought maybe a little harder wack will make it go fast. Well it didn’t it. Short story I call my regular shop that does my gun Work some time and how I was going to take it after work to him and what I done and he laughed to but it is funny because I’m idiot 😆.well my gun Smith said yeah man I hear it all the time I can fix it and replace it for you just walk in . Well at R&M firearms I stop and wasn’t out of the way and I wouldn’t have to drive far to my shop I deal with on regular bases. Well the lady and gentleman in the front of store are super helpful and nice greeting an all. Well they directed me to the gun Smith shop in the back and I brought my problems to them and show them what had happened and I told him to y’all gonna laugh because this is my first rifle Bill and I try to go to cheap route well to make a short story he just pretty much looked at it and said oh that’s your problem you did that you fix it yourself I can’t mess with it and that was his only solution to my problem so if anybody. And his other buddy there look at it and was and had the look like yeah I can fix it but not going to because he didn’t want to step over his coworker. So if a Supposedly gunsmith told me that to do that fix it myself .I’ll be aware of all y’all taking your stuff there to get fixed because if he can’t fix a simple thing somebody may have a major issue with their rifles are gun maybe one blow up in your hand or in your face so be aware don’t do business here. Especially if you’re Hispanic because they don’t like your kind here ..And before they comes out saying this is not true... Not once was it offered to hey maybe leave it here we can try fixing it, not once and I’m really quoting what they told me and he told me it’s your problem you made it you fix it. Don’t let these people make excuses which we all know they have to cover their ass somehow but unfortunately I’m a high level rating critic and give it and say it as it is . And I give credit when it’s due and I Admit when I do something wrong I have plenty of other reviews to back up my claims but don’t forget one bad apple spoils the batch.....pictures later when my Smith is done with the repair and it’s not steal R&M Owner . The pins from CMMG kits so unless you going to say they wrong too. Yes thanks R&M owner the pictures proves that you trying to make me look bad when you can clearly see that the pin is not what you say and is aluminum easy to see once you click the picture. And it’s not beat and everyone knows that’s why gun smith have Aluminum Black touch up from Birch Wood Casey. And that’s even more money your shop miss out on for pour customer service. Thank you have a nice day and thanks for not apologizing to a customer .... shows how you really think of new customer and resolving problems. And shows that you’re not there to resolve issues you’re there to find excuses for your y’all mistakes. This that and hunting season this that ....and you not there to do business or see how to better your customer service with the right employees.Good luck to you and hope you grow from mistakes just not trusting my life with your gun Smith and I have family and friends I care too.
