Went to Walgreens today to get the COVID Booster (3). The tech told me I did not qualify even though I had an email from my doctor stating I need to go get the shot. She told me my doctor need to review the CDC guidelines. Even after the pharmacist told her to give me the papers she commented she was not going to argue with anyone. I have never been so embarrassed in my life or treated so rudely. Called back and told the pharmacist it states clearly on the guidelines I qualify and also on the Walgreens website. Transferred my prescriptions.

Mary Ann was super rude to us! That’s not how you treat your costumers ! Never going back

Walgreens in El Campo has taken a turn for the worst they have very trashy rude people working in the Pharmacy. One lady Named Susie works there She looks up everyone’s Prescriptions an Announces to the world what meds customers are currently taking. This is a total Violation of The privacy policies. I also heard that she has messed up handing out medications to customers. This can turn into a life or death Situation. I will no longer put my privacy or health at risk Until Walgreens makes some Changes.

Called 40 minutes before close and was on hold the entire time. I guess if it’s anywhere near closing time, they just ignore it.
