Both gentlemen were very nice, knowledgable about their orders, design, etc & knew whatever I asked them. The only negative to me was since their mattress would be replacing a mattress that was entire insects (Fire Ants) but it will be, in this case, a longer delivery date without checking other possibilities to deliver sooner. 4 stars if thats what the stars are for.I cannot give them

The man was very informed of all the specs I needed and of the products he was selling.# 1 best thing was he was wearing a mask.If he had not been wearing a mask I would not have made the purchase I went in for.

I had purchased a Queen size bed in October and it just never really fit me and I wasn’t sleeping well. I went back to my store around 6 days before my time was up to return it and John, the store manager, worked with me on trading it in and getting a new bed. We followed the directions for the warranty process on the computer and within 10 days, had our response that our warranty was approved for our defective mattress. We went to our local store and King helped us pick out a new mattress and adjustable base. The mattress and base were delivered the next day. Great experience at store with salesman sold me with warranty!Well about a year into having mattress it started to say in the center.I have a disability and rely on bed to help my pain.Filed a claim and was denied because of a small lite stain the size of baseball.Im not a heavy person at all and dont understand how this lite stain ruined my mattress?I do not support this company at all anymore and hope potential costumers read the reviews after the fact of ownership!At the end they just hung up on me!
