This store is amazing! First, let me applaud management because the shelves are clean and organized. Wow. Also whoever buys the store merchandise- good job! It is one of the Michael stores I have been to that actually carried Tim Holtz and Ranger products! It had more card making supplies than most stores. It had awesome kid isles and kid craft sections just WOW! Love it ! I gave it 4 and not 5 because the copic marker options were limited and I felt like it could have more stamping options but other than that....amazing store!

The staff at Michaels always impresses me. They have a great knowledge of their products, know where they are lin the store, and understand how they are used. I will definitely be returning for future craft adventures.

You know what Michaels is and know if you need it! Hobby Lobby is a pale attempt to big box what the best version of a crafts and art supply store, Michaels. Stay away from Hobby Lobby, find a Michaels instead.

So much to see, so many options, excellent place!

Has about all you need for your crafts and all but they do need to start putting the right prices on the items the sell. This has been a problem because we get to the checkout thinking one price and then end up disappointed after finding out the item cost more than what we had seen it for. Everything is misplaced and i mean everything. Very disappointing. Would not be so bad if the price scanners actually worked.

Great store, always orderly. BUT THE SLOWEST CHECK OUT EVER. Always a long line, with ONE slow cashier.

As usual relaxed, store was a little under stocked but at this time every store is. Staff nice attitude and helpful. My cashier was very nice took care of bussiness just fine.

I would give them zero Stars if I could.. not only are they crazy expensive.. but I did a curbside order pick-up.. I was missing two items.. the store people kept hanging up on me when I tried to call.. and their customer service phone number isnt working theyre making everybody chat.. and then no rep would even pick up there...

Went to pick up some testors enamel paints, ended up with extra brushes and modeling clay.

No one there to help

Says they close at 9pm. its only 8pm tried calling, they are not answering. No sign on the door, about why they closed early.

A great store with amazing products for crafts and creative decorating, or just doing art and for hobbies. Its great for kids as well to help them focus on hobbies that have to do with developing their creativity.

From crafts to drawing materials Michaels offers some great baking products. They have everything from molds to candy melts and many interesting garnishing gadgets.As soon as you walk into this store you feel inspired to craft something.

Many stuff to make crafts, or to decorate cakes, they have a huge selection of Wilton products, they also have really cute journals. You can find many articles to decorate your house. And staff is helpful, they have a really interesting option that allows you to make birthday parties for children inside the store.

Always find what I need

Super helpful staff and very friendly. Store is always clean and stocked.

All of the basic and new thing to decorate and complement your house. Down side. Sometimes the items are in limited quantities. Went to get some lights and came out with 2 at less than the cost of one. This was because item #2 had 40% of plus one had the bulb missing and with the member program had an extra discount. Got the bulb apart for 4.5$, still everythif less than 20$ . Great!

I Love buying ink pads but now that aisle is forgotten.

I found the items I wanted to buy. went to the line to pay but there was only one cashier. It took awhile to pay and leave. You can check you video and see the line was long. People in front and in back of me were complaining. I like to go to Michaels but my husband was in the car waiting for me and he was hot. The temperature was 109. You need more cashiers!

Great place to get artist supplies, stuff for homemade baking, or for just about any craft out there. Its also great for students working on design or art projects. Good service and great quality.

Had an absolutely great experience recently. I went in looking for materials for a personal project, the young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable about what they did and didnt have. Pleasantly surprised to see someone so helpful. Some materials are a lot pricer here than sourced elsewhere.

Good to get arts and things you need for projects

I was so excited several years ago when I heard we were getting a Michaels....then I truly experienced shopping in one plus one in the Imperial Valley....ummm yeah 🙄What customer service? You have to track someone down all over the store & then they seem annoyed that they are being asked for help! It isnt like they are doing their job right & placing things correctly & neatly back on the shelves. And yes, the messy, unorganized, low to no stock shelves are ridiculous & need something done about them. The cashiers often take a long time to check you out, they never get in a hurry. AND finally my last complaint is about coupons - they finally will accept competitors coupons except on sale items even if the coupons doesnt exclude sale items AND they do not take multiple coupons like JoAnns does!!! You can use several different 40% off 1 item coupons to pay for everything you have if you plan ahead, but not Michaels of course....sooo I typically go to JoAnns & I sooooo wish we had a Hobby Lobby like Yuma does!!!
