Great place to take, can’t complain about their work or customer service…. just recommend not giving cars back on empty gas tank if possible. (Unless it was given that way I would understand)

Fast and profesional, I took my car that had some minor scratches to be removed, and as soon as I walked in Nana at the reception was very friendly and helpful. With the help of Fausto and John, who were also super nice to talk to, they took care of the scratches and my car looks as good as before, with no sign of damage! Definitely recommend this place.

Can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision! I was rear ended by a drunk driver and Caliber Collision was the only place in town approved through my insurance. They did a great job repairing my car and kept me updated during the whole process. After that I couldn’t get my rear license plate off (screws were rusted on) and I took it to them and they took the plate off right away and no charge!

Chose Caliber Collision to repair the rear end on my 2012 Audi and glad I did. Everything went smooth. I received my car a couple of days before the estimated time. I am satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Definitely recommend this place for repairs!

Took my car a Nissan370Z because it was a State Farm Insurance approve shop there service was horrible. The work was messy, they didnt match the color of my car right and overall they were unprofessional when called on it!! Took it out of there shop to Yuma and had State Farm deal with them. Would not recommend this shop!!

USAA insurance recommends this place, so I gave them a shot. Everyone was very quick to respond and was helpful. They send you text updates almost every day depending on progress. I called in, had the parts ordered first then took my car in once parts were there. I got a call LATER THAT SAME DAY that if I come right before close I could pick my car up!!! They replaced bumper, light housing, re-aligned rear door and had my car detailed in one day. On top of the great customer service, they seemed to have taken care of my car as well.

My mothers experience: Overall experience was miserable. The lack of communication between the workers themselves and their clients was unprofessional but what was worse was their rude demeanor. They took 12 days to finish their inspection of the car... THE INPSPECTION ALONE. I believe the only reason they finished it at that point was because she contacted them directly (without going through my insurance agent) and asked for an update. They repeatedly pushed back the estimated repair date which was an inconvenience for my mother. At some point while trying to get an update on her vehicle, Cezar began yelling and refused to allow my mother to speak. She had to get her insurance involved and ask for her car to be moved to another location. They were dishonest until the very end when they confirmed the car was delivered to the other location on friday when in reality it wasnt delivered until the following monday. It ended up taking exactly 4 weeks to repair what another caliber collision location estimated should have only taken 5 days.
