Everyone is simply so nice in the Target El Centro. The manager is out and visible. The employees all greet the customers with a hello. The sales associates are extremely helpful. I really enjoy shopping at that Target, even more than others in larger cities.

I prefer to pay a little more than I would at Walmart to avoid the mess and disfunction. Target calms me as everything is organized and clean.

The drive up program with no limits. Makes it so accessible and easy to shop with kids. No need to rush out of the store and forget something now.

I would actually recommend target because the associate who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

Massive store. Always kept clean and tidy. As always target has a wide variety of things so is handy for almost any needs you may think of. Friendly staff is a plus. Huge bonus is the coldstone creamery in the parking lot! Cant resist but have one after a long mundane shopping trip. Good job target.

Super sad with Targets poor customer service.

Went by for a simple return I asked the lady in customer service (rude and all over the place) for a gift card instead of it getting returned to my card. She then did the return and sent it back to my card. She seemed unfocused and it wasn’t even busy that day. She then called a manager to cancel her mistake and had the nerve to say I didn’t tell her not to put it back in my card. After that they fixed it and gave me a gift card only for it to give me problems during checkout again and she had to help me out once again for her mistakes. She seems very unprofessional for customer service she even cussed In Spanish under her breath. This isn’t even the first incident I’ve had with her. Also Lp if their going to follow me around then make sure to check my bag too lol might as well help me check out.

I was so impressed with how organized the store was, from opening the door for us as we arrived, to wiping down the cart as they handed it to us, and the wiping of the screens and self checkout as we finished using it. Every 10 minutes or so over the intercom they would announce to try to shop at least 6 feet away from other shoppers. All this while still being kind, courteous and helpful while doing so. I will definitely go back even while under these horrifying conditions we are currently in

Tried to order dog food the pedigree 20.5 lbs bag online for pick-up. I was notified you were out of stock but I was already at the store and then while looking for another brand I found the exact bag of pedigree plus 7 more on the shelf, but youre out of stock?

The associates are upbeat and happy to help. They are willing to go beyond to help customers. The store is always clean. The only reason i rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is so warm and stuffy inside the store.Katie and Veronica at the El Centro store are awesome and provide excellent customer service.The Drive Up service is my favorite way to shop at Target and it is very convenient. I love that you can have your items ready in 2 hours. The associates who have helped me at Drive Up are Ana, Elizabeth, and I believe the others name is Robert. They are all exceptional!

I had a large number of items that I needed to return. The cashier engaged in conversation, was polite, and patient while attending me. While it might not seem like a lot, I notice genuinely polite customer service given how rare it seems in my small hometown. Also, compared to the employees at the other major retailer in our hometown (can you guess which one Im talking about???) the customer service at Target is clearly superior. I dont shop here more than a few times a year, but its usually a good to excellent experience. Keep it up!

I founded what I needed.. scanned with my phone and only had 2 items... and 2 coupons from the CW.. one didnt came off.. so I had to do line again.. returned it.. then scan and repurchase and NOW it came out right.. idk why. it was saved and it showed on my phone that I did.. but it did show on the transaction.

Order was ready within a few hours. I did not realize that my husband was the one listed as the pick up person but the Target employee crossed reference my information with the email address, my name, and the email I had and she did not make me come back with my husband to give me my address. I love when people use common sense!I did get a little frustrated as I was not acknowledge by either of the 3 customer service reps that were right in front of me at the counter. I waited for a while and then all of a sudden another customer walks up to the counter and gets helped right away (she seemed to know the employee)...

They have literally everything you could possibly need for a reasonable price.

Normally I love everything about Target. I love the items for the home (furniture, paintings, dishes, bedding, etc.), art supplies, office supplies, pet supplies, make up, and so on. But, for some time now, the womens clothes have really disappointed me. First, the store started to carry only unstructured tops. What these loose-fitting tops do is make top-heavy women, like me, look pregnant. I would appreciate tops with structure to them, or tops designed to fit closer to the body. The other thing I was highly disappointed with was what they did with their jeans. They had a wall of Mossimo jeans. They had all the sizes and different fits. I loved it, but then, one day, I noticed it was gone. The selection of jeans now is terrible. There are only jeans with jagged leg openings, holes, or ornate designs.In short, I sure wish someone would save Targets clothing dept.

The items are different than in other stores.

Great customer service agents. Never have I not been greeted by store personnel. The only exception would be the store pharmacy employees in the morning. The store is always clean. The restrooms are always clean. The produce area is small but it does its job in an okay manner. Great self check out option to pay for items. The problem with Target is their neighbors to the West, the giant retailer Walmart and Costco. Target prices are going to be higher on most items compared to Walmart. The return policy is more stricter than other retailers . The store hours could be extended. All in all I would spend a extra few cents and dollars because they have good customer service. I recommend.

You know how Christmas shopping experiences can get: everyone is in a rush and people can seriously drive employees at the stores crazy AND other fellow customers in the process too.. Today I want to thank employees who no matter how crazy it can get, so their best to help and show respect for their customers (even when they’re being impossible to please!)

If youre calling this store to get a hold of anyone, especially electronics, dont bother because they wont pick up. I tried multiple times throughout the day to get a hold of someone to find out if an item was in stock and I was left on the phone until the phone automatically hung up on me for being on hold for too long, numerous times. If anything, what they shouldve done was answer the phone and politely said Please hold, but they couldnt even do that. This store needs to get its act together with its customer service.

I regularly go and buy clothes at Target, I love the specials and never had a complain until yesterday. My husband said if I wanted to tag along with him because he wanted to see the discounts at the store from Xmas articles, I said yes because I wanted to return some merchandise. I was returning the items for a 15.16 refund and saw my son (a special needs 6 years old) going to the exit. I was stressed and upset and the cashier noticed I was in need to go and get my son so she gave me the receipt and money real quick and I just put the money inside my pants pocket and rushed towards my son. I grabbed him and went looking for my husband who was already picking more stuff for the holydays. My son went for some toys, we payed and left the store. After several hours I reached for the refund money and realized it was incomplete, they were just 5.16. I was 10 dollar short. I became infuriated because I felt the cashier took advantage of me worrying about my son...WTH!?! Is this the kind of value you teach your employees?

Customer servuce was horrible, we spent 45 mins at the register due to lack of coupons and specials knowledge. There should more training and hands on with sales and coupons. Everytime we go there, is always an issue and they never want to honor it.

Exactly what your would expect from target. Lots of Red, Cream, Kaki and friendly associates with smiles. The Starbucks is inside the main entrance in the right. The barristas are quicker than most in store Starbucks.

Since they put in their self-checkout stands the customer service level has gone down. Usually only one actual employee checkout lane and everyone else is forced to stand in long lines for the self checkout. No bags to even purchase, having to wait for the ladies who do returns to give them to you. Target is making their employees obsolete .

Most of the times I actually found the stuff Im looking for or even better, I found rare products here than is difficult to find. A little bit more expensive than other stores but certainly Target will have for sure.
