If youre getting your oil changed, this place is fine. However, if literally anything else needs to be done, do not do it here. I wanted my oil changed and wheels rotated, they made no attempt at the wheel rotation, but sure did charge me for it; as well they said my battery was faulty and I fought them on it, they let it go and said they charged it anyway asking if I wanted to buy a brand new battery from them. This place is a scam when left to their own devices.

My wife took her car to quick lane since it was new no one but them Worked on it the last time they told her that she needed new brake pads and new lug nuts (I can change brake pads myself) so I purchased brake pads on the internet so I could change them. The lug nuts were destroyed ( wish I could post a picture you would not believe it) when I finally got the wheels off the brakes were not even close to needing to be changed. I think they were trying to RIP my wife off because she is a woman.

Can they do an oil change on Mercedes need one ASAP

I took my wifes car in to get the brakes checked because they were grinding and making a lot of noise. As part of their service, they stated they replaced the front pads and resurfaced the rotors. I drove off and I still noticed the same feel and noise. I waited a week or so to take the car back and told them that nothing has changed. They said they would check them out and maybe some debris is lodged in there. They came back and said that the mechanic didnt notice any noise or anything. Immediately I thought, that cant be and they problem never drove it because any non experienced driver could hear that noise and feel the grinding. But being tired and not wanting to have to deal with the issue at the moment, I just left. I thought maybe the brakes needed to get broken in or something stupid like that. Well after a while the brakes kept making that noise and getting worse. Now Im worried because my wife and kids are always in that car and its a real safety issue. So I decided to take the tire off myself and take a look. Im not experienced in this at all I might add. But as I look at the brakes pads I could see that they were basically non existent. No pad left. Unsure of myself I took pictures and sent them to a friend. He told me that it looks like they were never changed. My wife had her family friend come over who is a mechanic and he told me the same thing. When you look at the difference of the new and old pad, even I could tell they were never changed and I paid for a service that was never done and it put my whole family at risk because of it. Im lucky nothing happened to my family. Ill never go here again. No way I can trust them after this. Id recommend no one go there as well. Ford and that dealership should and will be held responsible for the scam they pulled.

Had my battery checked. It was bad and they replaced it. I was in and out in 10 minutes! A great staff. Friendly and efficient!

Wife took my VW vehicle to get an oil chance paid about $115 for service it was not complete done. Took the vehicle home waited about 2 hrs and check the oil change, the oil level was below the hash mark.The moral of this if u have a female taking the vehicle for an oil chance, you or some one need to check the oil leave.

You cannot beat Quick Lane for lube and oil change, quick, with or without an appointment. I usually give them 5 stars but the price went up a little bit on my last visit.

Always busy and take a bit of a wait but take me in as walk in. Give info about what was found and give suggestions for next visit. Good for when you need to prepare.

They were 5 stars now 1, dont offer services as advertised. Used to have a shuttle so you could drop off the vehicle. Now act like they never heard of it, dont seem to want business despite being practically empty..

They told me that it would be 3 hours and they were right. Very busy but good job.

Very friendly staff, and you are in and out in no time very knowledgable mechanics on site. I recommend bringing your car to them for service.

Nothing quick about this place. And if you have them do a full inspection, its not thorough. Tire change/replacement is insanely expensive and takes a long time

Expensive just for transmission drain and fill. About ~$200 for only 4 quarts.

Needed two holes drilled into my front bumper to attach the plate. We dont do this here!

Worst service ever ! They told me it would be a two hour wait, yet it became a 3 hour wait. They told me that they had mistakenly change another cars oil because it was the same Colorado mine. Dont they track their orders based on order number?
