I had such a good experience today with this lovely lady in the upstairs department. Her name is Mariana. & my husband and I were looking for some last minute things we needed. she was beyond helpful. & even when she knew the store didn’t have many options of what we needed she checked the availability of it everywhere she could. Gave us options. She went out of her way for us and we’re very grateful for her! She is awesome!

It’s very disturbing and disgusting to see how supervisors treat other employees! I observed an employee today give her very best to a customer! She spent a good 20 mins helping an older gentleman to find the perfect outfit for his wife. Then she was at the cash register helping more customers going above and beyond and for two insignificant mistakes she made her coworker told two supervisors and made her feel so bad!! I was so disgusted on how they treated her that I left!! No one should ever get treated that way! Imagine how they treated their customers! You supervisors should be ashamed of yourselves!! Never returning to this JCPenney! I’m so sorry Mia you were treated that way!

This review is for the JCP Salon; specifically for Sally. She is awesome! She really takes her time and makes sure that you get exactly what you want. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am extremely picky because I have naturally curly hair and am always hesitant going to a new stylist. She has cut, colored and treated my hair and every time I have been extremely pleased. Ask for Sally, trust me you will not be disappointed!

Paid for a watch. Cerk didnt remove the plastic start stop piece on watch. Got home and tried to remove piece. Could not remove returned to store clerk broke watch in attempt. Store did not have same watch that my wife wanted for her Birthday. A complete waste of a Sunday. J C Penny is about 15 miles from my house 1 way. I will not shop there again.

Sooo unorganized. Unbelievable wait time to check out. No other registers were open. I was 12th in line. Thats right 12th!!!! Need to open more registers!! Nothing in stock and what was in stock was thrown in random piles back on shelf or opened/torn up packaging. JC PENNY has gone downhill. Wont be back unless Im desperate.

Pennys, please clean up your store. The dressing rooms are falling apart with pealing wallpaper, ugly dirty carpet and where is the seating for people waiting at the fitting rooms. Really very sad, the service is excellent but please show pride in your stores.

The check out lines were way too long. Not enough cash registers available to ring up customers in a timely manner.

I love to shop at jcpenney online because you get much better discounts and prices than what you can find in store. I sometimes do the instore pick up to have an excuse to go in and see whats new. Jcpenney always has great deals in store and online and the quality of the merchandise they offer really speaks for itself.

The store closed at 7 and we were at the register by 7:05. We asked nicely if she could open the front door because my grandma has a heart condition and we parked the car by that main entrance the lady was super rude when we asked nicely. Customer service is not a priority at this location.

It was perfect for jewelry I got a rose gold necklace for my girlfriend for only 150$ and she loves it!

Sephora did my makeup & Vanity knocked it out of the park!!!! 😍I would not hesitate to go there again - the only thing that needs improvement is that someone needs to be taking care of customers who rudely interrupt the ladies who are obviously busy & their customers are obviously on a time schedule for events, which is why they are getting their makeup done!! Having someone stay near in that area would take that burden off & only makes sense. Instead, I watched both ladies have to stop what they were doing & look around for others to help & to only have to give up & answer the questions as quickly as possible so they could get back to the makeup. Whoever is the one in charge of scheduling needs to realize that Friday & Saturdays are just going to be busy & adding in makeup appointments are excellent for business, but not when it makes ladies late!! If you see appointments, then put extra floor help!! Women are naturally curious when they see the makeup being done & want to ask questions....soooo, have someone available to help them & you will get more sales all around - but of course, thats just my opinion 😉Give Vanity a raise though because she is definitely a keeper 😍
