Called to see if a prescription was ready. It was called in early morning. Waited until 3 to call to if it was waiting to be picked up. Was on hold for almost an hour. 3 times someone answered and asked me to wait and then wasn’t ready. Have to pick it up on Saturday. I prefer my old pharmacy they’re ready usually on 20 minutes and at a lower cost. But insurance wanted me to use CVS for this particular drug because I need a 90 day supply. Their worst than the VA
Pharmacy is really good! Service 10/10 they send me text to let me know my prescription is ready never waited more than a day to get full fill. Customer service inside the store varies, guys are always pretty good, while some girls depends on what kind of mood they are sadly but true, from rolling the eyes, heavy breaths to mean faces. Except for a new girl she is always in a good mood and great customer service more of those please 😌
Insufficient service at reception. One helping customer for over 15 mins let other be in line for a long time while other techni walking around
Called ahead to make sure the pharmacy gives flu shots for 3 year olds, they assured us that they do. Get there with an already scared toddler who hates wearing masks, and get told they don’t give it to kids under 7 years old. Then get attitude from the receptionist for not knowing this information even though we called ahead to confirm.
Sadly disappointed normally this place offers great service but today they allowed a person in without a facial covering. Person walked all over the store she even bought 2 facial covers but did not put him on.

Slow and hateful people to deal with. I changed pharmacys, never will I ever go back there again.
Once its my turn to get the medicine they are quick at retrieving it. My only complaint is that I asked for the label to be in Spanish for my parents to read and they have failed at that. Its Very important that they would be able to read it in Spanish for safety reasons. I asked several of the employees, one said it could not be done once it has beed filled and another one stated that it can be done and she seems to be the only one able to know how to do it by clicking a button but not all of them know about that Spanish button and its very frustrating getting a refill and its not in Spanish.
My prescriptions are always filled fast and correctly. Never had any issues with them.
Always get my prescription wrong, they are always missing one or its out of stock. I call before I pick up my refills and they are never ready. Its alwayas they are still working on it & end up having to wait about 45more minutes. This is worst than waiting at the Drs. to be seen. You really need to plan ahead and make time just to pick up medications that should be ready!!!
Worst experience ever! Wait time at the window is ridiculous. Waited for a prescription for over 2hrs and was never even completed! Took my rx and left!
Always have problems getting authorizations with this pharmacy and getting my meds on time. I had to switch.
Worst service ever, horrible experience, very very bad customer service. We have 2 wait 4 hours for my uncles prescription so ridiculous.
I had never had a bad experience at CVS until Today. Today on 9/11/2017 around 2:30-3:00 pm. I had just got out of the hospital my boyfriend and I had walked to CVS to refill my prescription. I took a seat and waited for my prescription to be done. My boyfriend walked outside to smoke a cigarette and took my purse with him so I didnt have to carry it. Then out of no were comes a manager and tells the pharmacist to call 911 because he has stolen something. I asked what was the problem, Do you think we stole something ? And he was like where did your husband go? He walked out the store with your bag. But He was very rude and unprofessional. When they finally gave me my medication I walked up to the front and there was the manager again. And I told him can I leave or did we steal something. All he said was wrong person. But not even a sorry or nothing. I hope i never see him again when i pick up my prescriptions.
