If i could give a store ZERO stars then i would because the Imperial Valley Zales has been the single most terrible experience i have ever had at any store. The staff is not well trained at all. And most importantly EVERYONE at the store does not know how to talk to their customers. This store seriously lacks professionalism. One of the sales reps charged me twice for a piece of jewelry, and when i saw the double charge on my account i asked her to reimburse me, to which she replied WORD FOR WORD, “The transaction is pending in your account it wont finalize, and it will get returned to your account in 3-5 business days, but if it doesn’t then come back to the store and i will give you something.” See what i mean when i say they don’t t know how to speak? So for about 3 weeks i’m going back and forth with the manager trying to get my money back. She keeps telling me she needs to fill out a form for corporate or talk to corporate but after 3 weeks i had enough. Finally i was able to get the corporate number, and spoke to a representative, left feedback about what i have been going through, and the next day my money was refunded. I get it, i should have done it on my own from the beginning but this double charge was the mistake of one of the employees so it shouldnt be too much to ask for them to fix it and not me. I would highly recommend everyone NOT go to this store at the risk of the employees making a mistake and forcing you to pay for it.

Zales lost my ring!Please be warned, this Zales store lost my ring that was sent out for repair. I also received the run around of phone calls regarding the status of the ring for 2 days, prior to being told it was lost.Please Please....Proceed with caution.Look into others jewelry stores first!Good Luck!
