I havent been to In-N-Out El Centro in a long time, in many years, and I was glad to see (and taste) that the quality has stayed the same, top notch 👌You can tell that both, the burgers AND fries were freshly made. My wife got a classic Double-Double and Cheese fries. I went all the way with a 4x4 Animal Style, both types of onions, and Animal fries. Explosion of flavor in my mouth!

Glad we stop at IN n Out. Food was delicious 🤤🤤 didnt eat breakfast so I was super hungry I decided to get me the double double fries and strawberry milkshake 🤤. Service was great as always🙌🥤🍟🍔

Its my first time trying in n out. I dont know if its only this location, but fries where really disappointing. We ordered the animal style fries, and cheese was so cold, fries clump together, they where pretty much inedible. Sauce was really good, but didnt do much with the cold fries. But burger was delicious, will definitely come back just for the burger.

Besides the dining area being about 85 degrees the food was delicious the customer service was outstanding my strawberry shake sure help me cool down come to think about it maybe it was a sales tactic LOL

We stop by the for best burgers everytime we are in the area. We just love their shakes too. No one likes the fries, but get them extra crispy and theyre much much better.

I can see why this place is very popular, the service was very very good, only issue was lack of pickles on the sode as requested, but the three flyingndutchman fried mustard grill onions is delicious!!!

Excellent all the time. During the pandemic they have their restrooms open for travelers and hungry patrons alike. This place was clean in and out (no pun intended). Although we didnt order we were just passing through and knew we could count on In N Out for clean restrooms. Thank you In N Out. We LOVE You!

Everywhere I go never a disappointment. Well worth waiting in line. Todays my birthday and just got through the boarder after 1 and half hour wait and this was satisfying. One of the crew even offered to take my trash at table away which was excellent service for sure.

Stopped in to get my first ever In N Out burger, despite the apocalyptic conditions. Very friendly folks were trying hard to serve a LOT of people both for takeout and at drive through.My burger and fries were great, properly cooked and assembled. All my companions also enjoyed their orders. The store was clean, organized, and all the employees were working hard. Thanks for your service!

Im here from S. TX. Ive eaten In-N-Out 3 to 4 times so far. Im impressed. I would have given 5 stars but I had to take one. In-N-Out will never be better than Whataburger. But, its still delicious.

I thought maybe just maybe in -N- Out burger might have found the magic to fix their truly lousy fries but no, theyre still tasteless and undercooked or whatever nothing to write home about. Their burgers are however very good.and you can have them your way! Thats something burger king use to promise years and years ago.

Food is good, but the youngster who helped us out in the Drive-Thru got the order wrong four times we had to pull up to the window.

Even though the line is long on the drive thru it goes fast. My order is always correct and with the right temperature.

I never get tired of their delicious burgers. My favorite hidden menu item is the Flying Dutchman. Their shakes are soo good. Animal style fries and cheese fries are 🔥🔥🔥 love dining from this restaurant!

They required that my car load of people order before we got to the menu, they did however have a menu taped to the servers tablet but it was difficult to order bc of the small menus visibility,maybe put more menu boards with no lights or fancy stuff to alleviate the stress on the servers and the car loads of people. The server was flustered and got some of the order incorrect. We do not blame the server and everything was great just had to remove some ingredients from a burger. I will be visiting this location again and I know they have no shortage of patrons.

Standard In-N-Out food, so everything was perfect. Most important item: Bathrooms currently open on 2021/02/01! We tried a secret menu mustard grilled or mustard fried burger for the first time. The cook squirts some mustard on the patty and grills it into the meat. Worth a try.

Even though there is always a long line, there is always fast friendly service.

Its always good and affordable. Fries are good if eaten within 3 minutes of them coming out of the fryer...otherwise so city. As for the area, its a little sketchy. Like roll your windows up and hide your kids...hide your wife.

On this occasion, I visited one of my favorite fast-food restaurants: In n Out Burger, El Centro.Undoubtedly it is one of the best places to enjoy a delicious hamburger prepared at the time of the order and not those typical where they prefer to get rid of people attending fast so that they leave.The place is very clean at any time of the day and the staff (mostly bilingual English-Spanish) are very attentive and always ask if there is anything else that can help us.In n Out, El Centro, is a forced visit to satisfy the good appetite and has the thing that makes you return.Highly recommend to everyone, and if you have not tried these burgers, what are you waiting for?

A staple of the west coast for a reason. In-N-Out is a great place for fresh quality fast food. Everying its made to order and somehow service is still speedy. If youre a food lover, get your burger Animal Style. It comes with fried mustard, thousand island dressing, and grilled onions - you wont be disappointed. Everything on the menu is great. Try a milkshake too! It is a little more expensive than the average fast food joint. This location is a great standard for In-N-Out.

Probably best burguers in El Centro, also the only In-N-Out youll find in the area, service is quick and the have plenty of parking. Staff will be happy to help, most times it has some people but it isnt full. If you are in town go there, you wont regret it. All ingredients feel as fresh as im any other In-N-Out.

This was the worst in-n-out experience. I had to repeat my order 8 times (this isn’t an exaggeration). Comes out completely wrong. When I go to the counter to return it, they start haggling me for the receipt (which I turned in when I picked up the original order). The second time they remade it, they forgot the pickles. Was just going in to get a bite and was so excited for it, but I left hungry with my cortisol spiked from all the chaos and miscommunication.

Had to stop and get my fix. Long way to PHX from El Centro. Now in Colorado, yea!!

Now Im rating 3 stars on this review only because we have all known In - n - Out to give exceptional customer service to its customers. I just want to clarify that the food and cleanliness of the drive thru was great. I was with a buddy of mine and when he tried to place his order the employee seemed to have a hard time understanding what my friend was ordering. He would cut my buddy off and talk over him. Now my buddy got a little upset and I had to calm him down. If the employee would have been a little more patient or maybe understood english a little better I might not had to of mediated the situation. I feel as if they could of had someone more fluent at the window.

Disappointed. My wife and I ordered some burgers here yesterday and to our disappointment, the burgers were very dry. Maybe this was because they dont put mustard,mayonnaise,ketchup,ect in their burgers. Anyways,we handed off our orders to some homeless person and grabbed something to eat from Jack N the box.
