Bad customer service I ask for a salad she charge me a sandwich. I told her it was a salad she was upset she had to do a salad I told her it was with everything she still keep asking. She was very slow & rude. There was another young lady there that was more friendly and helpful sadly I got the amargada one!

To start they have very bad Customer service, the people always look at you bad. Their cheese is really nasty. They are very slow to give you your order.🤢😠Compared to La Fresa, Rubens is way better!!!!👏🏼

Bad customer service!!!!! Nastiest cheese ever!!!!!!! I went to buy a Manzana Preparada and they put like 10 cacahuates and like a 5 pieces of rollito. I asked for extra of both and was a total of 8.00 😡😡😡 never ever going back!!!!!!!!

The salad I ordered was excellent, I loved the taste and the service is very good.

Very badly, we asked for crazy churros and I had little clamato in the middle of the clamato, they threw a lot of peanuts
