Horrible experience. These people should be no where near the words health and care. The manifestation of everything that is wrong with medicine in America. They (Jordan) had the nerve to call the staff at the Sleep Study center liars for saying my CPAP machine would be delivered. When I showed up the staff that was inside couldnt be bothered to at least answer & unlock the door to tell the patients outside who were waiting. When any staff finally arrived all other patients had left except myself. Horrible customer service. Condecending & rude staff.

This company has NON-EXISTANT customer service; the various staff members all gave me the run around and never returned my calls. After a month and a dozen phone calls later, I contacted my medical insurance company to file a grievance on Apria Healthcare and to cancel my order. This Apria company really deserves 0 STARS, but 1 is as low as the rating goes.I WOULDNT REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO APRIA HEALTHCARE!!

Worst experience ever, in need of an oxigen tank for my mom and they havent resolve it. Order was sent to them 7 days ago and as of today nothing yet. No sense of urgency at all.

Bad service, I needed oxygen, and they called me 15 days later to ask if I still needed it. I was hospitalized 3 times in the emergency room due to the need for oxygen, because this company did not even speak to me to inform me because they did not provide it to me.
