This company was great. I used them to tow my car all the way from Oakland to Sacramento so I was already appreciative that they were willing to do so. BK was communicative each step of the way and was very friendly. He was quick and efficient with dropping my car off, the whole process only took a little over 5 minutes. I was so impressed and very grateful. I’d definitely recommend this shop and BK for your car needs

I called around from tow place to tow place looking at quotes for a simple 3.7 km because I was out of natural gas. Needless to say, their attitude was way more friendly in comparison to other tow dispatchers that I talked to. Straight to the point type of business that gave me a quote of $130, whereas other establishments charged up to $250! Best of all they were able to arrive within half n hour. Wish they had a more convenient way of payment but calling around it seemed that they all have a similar process. Would recommend and good luck! 🍀👍

Very professional and courteous service. BK and his coworker took great care in loading my motorcycle onto their flatbed tow truck during rush hour and putting it safely into the garage for repair. I really appreciated how they handled my motorcycle as if it were their own being careful not to scratch anything by adding extra padding at the contact points of the tow straps. Highly recommend their services and have added them to my favorites.

Harry came to help us with our Tesla as it suddenly died. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and did the best he could to jump start our car. Ultimately, he had to tow it to the service center, but did this with care and efficiency. Hope to never have to tow my car again, but if I did, I hope its Harry who will help me out!

A couple of my tires got shredded by a giant pothole, and R&R arrived quickly to get me to a tire shop. They were professional & informative, and helped me during a time of need. I recommend not hitting any potholes, but if you do, R&R is a great service to have.

Towing service - Great coordination, communication and update from their dispatch. They were able to work with me remote and find the hidden key. At the destination, they couldn’t find the Dropbox at the dealership and communicated to me very well on the next step. They made my bad day a lot better.

Got a flat on my brand new car and BK with R&R came to help tow our car back home. He was on time, friendly and offered us a lift home as well. Apparently there’s a lot of issues with the tires that come with the new Tesla so a lot of the tow trucks are getting a lot of business.

Brought my car in at 8:30AM. They gave me the estimated time of 2PM. When I came back, they said it now wouldnt be ready until 5PM. When I asked why it was taking longer than expected, they told me that they had gotten a rush of people....meaning that they were working on cars that were brought in after mine. Priorities seem a little skewed. Wont be coming back.

BK was extremely helpful, reliable, and responsive to getting my battery replaced. He went out of his way to fix my dead car even without me physically being there.

Never answered their phone and messages are full. Not good, when people need to get a broken down vehicle out of the roadway.

Ive been coming to R&R Auto Services for close to a year now and theyve been great with everything. Most of the work was changing the oil every few months, but even doing a full engine tune-up, there were no problems afterwards.Even on some small fixes like a tail light thats not working or repairing a flat tire, these guys do the job very well. I would leave my car there and come back in an hour, or more depending on the job required, and always feel satisfied with the outcome.They take care of the car and even suggest to you when you might need another tune-up based on your mileage or other things they spot. To make things even better, theyll send out a follow-up text the following day after your visit to make sure if everything is good with your vehicle.I cant say enough good things about these guys.

As a shop owner (German Auto Sport) they have probably towed over 200 cars for us either to or from our business with no problems. These guys have provided years of support and loyalty and they live by their word, on time and polite.

Friendly and reasonable Smog Check!

This garage and towing is great. Ive been using them for years and have always been satisfied.I work a few miles away and they will drop me off there or pick me up if needed. I havent needed that but its good to know they will do that.Also they are open till 8pm which is great for me. I was able to go over there after work and have my spare switched out for a new rim I had to get from a salvage yard.I recommend them to anyone. And I did recommend my Dad to them and he is going to get his smog done this week which is the best price that Ive been able to find. Thanks Ravi!

Sardarji, truck driver, is so generous and helped me when the other towtruck driver just parked my car in a store parking lot and I was stranded there. He also recommended me to thus auto shop which seems reasonable to me. I would recommend this towing to everyone. I will review further on auto service one I get my car back.

They came to the rescue! After calling many tow truck companies in Berkeley it was a relief to find R & R. they came towed our Car to our dealership 30 miles away for a very reasonable price. Of course, it would have been less if we had Triple A but we did not. Other people wanted hundreds of dollars, one company quoted us $450. I would not recommend anyone else. R & R Auto service took care of us quickly and professionally without breaking the bank. Thank you Ravi.

Im writing this review to give some counterweight to some of the experiences related below.Ive been taking my 95 Toyota Corolla Wagon to R&R since 2010, and our 2007 Toyota Sienna for a few issues I was disappointed werent covered by the discounted dealer service program we bought with it (battery replacement, shock replacement).The thing I like best about R&R is they only suggest repairs that are absolutely needed. On the Corolla once a year I have them do a general inspection, because I want to make sure it remains reliable and safe. This request is almost pure bait for suggesting unneeded repairs, but on none of the occasions they suggested anything major to be done because the car is fine. Very different from a previous shop where each year they would invariably find $500-$1500 of repairs (flushing/bleeding brake systems, old wire replacements, battery almost gone, struts/shocks, etc.). I will grant that maybe some day I will find out they missed something that should really have been fixed, but after three years the car is still reliable, so it seems unlikely (and I increasingly feel fleeced by the other shop).The best example is last week where I asked them to have a look at the clutch because it had given off some smoke during an ill-conceived attempt to parallel park on a steep hill in San Francisco (I will find another spot next time rather than testing my reflexes with brake/clutch/stick shift coordination), and subsequently I believed to have noticed a little higher fuel consumption and possible somewhat reduced power. So they took it for a test drive and determined it works fine and the clutch has enough life on it. How easy it would have been to say, Sir, youre very discerning, indeed the clutch was gone and weve replaced it for $600 (or whatever a clutch replacement goes for).Same on the Sienna; after the dealer said the shocks needed repair they questioned it and only after taking a really hard look saw that there was indeed a hole so it was a good idea to replace it now rather than later.Then the other thing thats great is their location right next to the BART station I use every day. I can park my car on their lot, drop a spare key in the box, call them when I arrive at work to indicate what I want them to look at, call later in the day to hear verdict and pay by credit card, and in case I get back after they close, they will lock the car and leave the key inside under the mat. Perfect.

Requested a tow through Urgent.ly and Harry and co. came through within 30 minutes. After a distressing experience, R&R Auto provided me with excellent and personalized service. They made sure the vehicle was fine and moved it with extreme care. I am glad that I was serviced by R&R and if ever need be, I will request them again! Thanks Harry!Update: Had to request them again. Javier was sent out and provided amazing service as well. He also took care of me and took a look at the supposed damages the shop estimated it at and gave another opinion. Ravi also made things ran smoothly behind the scenes. I am glad there are still good guys like this. If you ever need a tow or trustworthy mechanic, look no further than R&R.

PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The owner, Ravi, is a LIAR‼ He inconvenienced me by telling me that my CC was declined. AFTER I WAITED THREE HOURS FOR THE TOW TRUCK TO ARRIVE. I found out via my CC company, that he NEVER called them. I was forced to leave my CC & Drivers license with Javier, the tow truck driver. Javier listened in on the phone call when I called the CC company. He VERIFIED to RAVI, that the card was good. Ravi said, much to my dismay, LEAVE YOUR CC WITH JAVIER & BRING CASH IN THE MORNING. I came to pick up my CC, Drivers license & pay him this morning. He wasnt there. But RJ put the card through with no problem. RAVI, YOU ARE A LIAR & A CHEAT‼

Got a flat tire on the highway, am an hour away from home. Called the towing company and told him I have a flat tire, I have a spare tire and tools to change it. He then said he was not even going to try to replace the tire, he was going to TOW IT. I WORD FOR WORD asked him “So you’re telling me that you won’t even attempt to change the flat tire ?” He said “No I wont.” At that point I was like don’t even come. TERRIBLE SERVICE !! DO NOT EXPECT MUCH FROM THIS COMPANY.

My insurance company had my car towed last week from this company. The driver spent 10 minutes on camera at the body shop looking through every thing in my car stating he was looking for valuables to steal and does it all the time. Plus they damaged the back bumper of my car. If I could give a review with 0 stars I would. Dont trust this place.
