Bad service from a lady from that store.I was at the store to buy cod, the person who answered me opened the freezer to show me the cod in a box. They were on top of each other and the option she gave me was to buy what was on top because she couldn’t move the codfish that were underneath so she couldn’t soil the floor or the refrigerator. Rídiculo having to buy a piece of cod for $ 27.99 without having the right to choose a better piece. Thats because the top ones were super thin and I realized that the bottom one would have better ones. Anyway, she leaves without buying and she (not the owner or the employee), nor there because she lost the sale of two pieces of cod.If you didnt want to make dirt, because you didnt pack the pieces individually so that the customer could choose what most interested him, and without touching the cod due to Covid, or why not offer gloves to the customer. Totally dissatisfied with this store and I dont recommend it to anyone !! The Bacalhau Grill in San Jose has excellent cod, and despite the distance, I insist on going there to not buy from that store. Here is my disappointment and my suggestion for you to learn to work with quality. I dont know if this post will be evaluated by this store and this lady, we are Brazilian and we appreciate the good service !!
