Big and tall department has a nice selection. But they still didnt have my husbands size but its hard to find big AND tall pants for him anyway. Theyre either big or tall. Plus size women section didnt really have much options. And some of them were definitely not 1x!

The shoes and the clothes are too expensive, i asked for a bigger pair of the shoes that only had sizes 7,8,and 10,and one of the employees caught attitude and told me we dont have that! Go look for something else! Not even wanting to check the back, not to mention that the shoe boxes were stacked wrong,and even a manager said that they were stacked wrongI hope my next visit is better

Huge clearance on beautiful clothes like Liz Claiborne! Over $500 worth of clothes for under $60. The staff was so helpful!

This store is rather small but I frequent JCPenneys in any area so I always come here. At times the store is well kept and organized other times it has been cluttered and not as easy to maneuver through the racks. It is a gamble each time but I usually find a good deal here or there

JCPenney in ElDorado Arkansas. Ive been here 4 or 5 times since moving here in August of 2017. I wear Big and Tall clothing. Every time I walk through Mens Wear, it looks like the aftermath of a tornado or the evening after a huge sale. Everything is always messy with no semblance of organization. Today when I entered the store, someone kindly greeted me with the words, Welcome to JCPenney!, but when I looked toward where the voice had come from there was no friendly face. I have nothing against JCPenney, but if it was announced tomorrow that this store was closing, I would not be surprised.

Their selections are a little dated. They have a few nice things but could stand to upgrade their selection.

Do they have regular jeans? All I could find were boyfriend jeans with the pegged legs. And apparently the only sizes they carry are husky....

I ordered somethings online. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, nothing fit. The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to many JCPenney stores on the west coast. I have never had the amazing experience that I have here in our El Dorado store. If you are ever in Wyoming, stop by the very first JCPenney store that opened. It is in Kemmerer, Wyoming. It is a cute little store with friendly sales associates as well.

Good but it takes a few minutes to be checked out.
