The absolute worst place to get lunch! Order at 5:00 a.m. if you want it for lunch. You can literally go downtown and eat a steak faster than you get simple sandwich from these people.

Worst breakfast!!!Wasnt worth nothing. I order a egg omelette. It wasn’t even done. Wish I could take a picture of it. Need better cooks. 1-24-21 at 0730am.

Food was okay, nothing special. Customer service horrible. Asked if I could have Bacon Brisket Burger, was told No. Wasnt told why I cant have it. If you dont have brisket say sorry we dont have brisket right now, not just No. If your gonna have an attitude work in the back, the front is for people with customer service.

Great place to get a good, quick meal for lunch. The burgers, fries, onion rings, chicken strips, and biscuits. The plate lunches are usually very good as well. The food comes out fast after you order it. There are several tables inside so you can eat right there and pay after you eat. Lots of parking and a good location thats easy to get in and out of.

Honestly would give them 5 stars food is great good location plenty of parking space. Its just a 50/50 on the service or politeness.

Tasty food, clean restrooms & showers, nice little truck stop/convenience store. I’d give it another star if it was open 24/7 & had more 18 wheeler parking. If you’re in El Dorado, & it’s not too late, check them out.

GREAT, very helpful service. The food is all GREAT and very reasonably priced. You wont be disappointed except that they may have to roll you out because they give you so much food!

Don’t be fooled by the casual service—everything on the menu is delicious and you’ll be pleasantly surprised! Amazing for breakfast but the ‘soul food’ lunch specials are divine!

The service has gotten much better, Ill start going more often again.Everytime I go the person at the register is VERY RUDE!!! Cant call her a lady, she is far from it. Always have to wait for someone to acknowledge you and take your order. Even when its not busy and no one is in front of you.And Ive noticed you get a thank you from the owner for a compliment about the establishment but nothing if you voice a negative comment, LOL

Drop in for hamburger/cheeseburgers... You will not leave hungry very good onion rings have a little kick. However, they are good...

Nothing against the food but the rudeness at the register is off the chain. I was ignored and treated very unprofessionally. Hate it to because I enjoy the food and have sent plenty of business from out of town there way. Never again

If I could rate this place with no stars I would the manager is by far the worst I went to pick up food for a client of mines and remind you I suggested the place I called ordered the food arrived bck and she was very disappointed due to her food being cold I told her maybe they finish with it quick she ask me to call and let them know she wanted some hot fish and that’s jus what I did the lady on the phn said no problem jus bring it back so I head back and this guy (the manager) is jus staring at me as if he has a problem so I jus ignore the fact and paid for my tea he begins to approach me with the replacement food stating in front of everyone and it was very busy at the time; IM GOING TO GO AHEAD AND GIVE YOU THIS FOOD BUT AFTER THIS IM NOT GIVING YOU NO MORE FOOD I GOES TO EXPLAIN THATS NOT MY FOOD IM JUS PICKING UP FOR SOMEONE HE STILL INSISTS ON Embarrassing Me AS IF IVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG NOT TRYING TO HEAR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY I ASK HIS NAME HE WOULDNT GIVE IT TO ME HE SAID HES THE OWNER NO ONE IS OVER HIM SO ITS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. Not only that my client called bck to explain or whatever he lied and told her I came in the other day complaining about my food why lie on me it’s been so long since I ate their!! I will never go to this place again even if they was giving away free food very very very bad customer service!!!

I wish this place didnt have such great food. There food is amazing but there service is garbage. I mean seriously every time I go in there its something else and Im fed up with it. The employees are rude and keep you waiting forever just to check out. Just tried to call in an order and was forgotten about on hold for 10 mins so I hung up and tried to call back for the next 10 mins and got nothing but a busy signal. Literally have stood in line for over 5 mins on several occasions just trying to pay for gas all the while the employees see me standing there waiting. I understand being busy with to go orders but no matter what business you have you take care of the customers that are in the store before anyone else and this is definitely NOT the case here. I would give their food a 5 star but everything else about this place doesnt even deserve one star. Unfortunately I wont be eating at one of my favorite places to eat anymore cuz I cant get over the horrible service. I already stopped using them as a convenience store for beer and gas because theyre everything but convenient but I guess Ill have to stop using them as a place to eat as well. This store needs either another employee that never leaves the register or just need to hire people that will at least act like they care. Its pathetic.
